I am soft because I am courageous and I am abundant which attracts more flies to my honey.
I am just like the magic the universe is made of.
Opening my crown chakra I channel Reiki light that fills my scalp brushing over my beautiful hair and through to the tips of my fingers.
This bright white light grows bigger filling my forehead and third eye chakra allowing all my thoughts to rest and my visions to clear.
Clearing out through to mother nature's abyss I follow this light as it grows and grows allowing my face to soften and my muscles to rest.
Floating through my mouth and throat my wise words from the day breathe me life.
My lightly coated love is honoured and loved back to full capacity.
This light surrounds the inside of my entire head and bursts through the neck aligning each chakra to connect like fairy lights.
The beautiful bright white light continues to expand through my shoulder blades releasing all navy blue and dark sparkly energy to float out the top of my shoulders.
I continue releasing all the dense energies stored in my body that I picked up along the way today.
As it releases my white light continues to expand and develop clearing out each toxicity and resentment,
Fear and loneliness either projected from someone else or at some point along my life I have picked up and adapted to.
The light heals every belief that doesn't serve me and every false story I or others have created.
I know that I continue to work hard on development in all areas and that my younger self is no longer traumatised.
I know wholeheartedly I am good and that the feelings I have today hold me safe and wise.
The only intention of teaching me how to swim in this ocean of life.
My bravery shows and the magic I am creating in my body right now and every day is the key to all things.
This cleanse allows me to go forward throughout my journey until the groundedness of my being is returned to once again.
My happiness depends on my ability to return home to these moments and I know on a deep soul love that I am already home.
I am allowed to be me and as this light continues to flow through my physical body I know that my nervous system is resting and my head is clear.
I listen carefully for the signs that my soul is trying to tell me.

Expanding energy through my solar plexus I know I create wonders with every breath.
I create beauty and wisdom with each expansion and I lead into anything.
Noticing what is left I create a space to recognise what is mine and what is not.
Allowing myself to never perpetuate the victim mentality of I need saving and that I cannot be helped.
I choose to believe I am a superhero in so many ways and that I am the key.
Hard work today and every day will always lead me to more growth and abundance knowing deep down that I can only continue to gain more secure,

Bursting through the lower chakras I allow each cell in my body to be cleared from all negative energy and holding space for only light as the navy blue darkness washes out of me.
While looking out for others comes to me naturally I don't have to consciously or unconsciously sacrifice my own happiness.
