Resistance has a way of cropping up whenever we want to make changes in our lives. And that is completely normal. Our nervous system is wired to keep things familiar. It doesn't care whether something is good for us. Familiar feels safe. So whenever resistance shows up, whether as procrastination, self doubt, overwhelm, anxiety, or just a vague feeling of not wanting to start, that is your nervous system doing its job. This is a short tapping practice you can return to any time you feel that resistance. It is intentionally open, so bring whatever is relevant for you right now. We will acknowledge what is coming up, allow it to be witnessed, and gently begin to let it go. Come back to this practice as often as you need to.
