You will need space to lay down for this meditation, assume a slow and full breath, and stretch your whole body. Very slowly, stretch yourself out like a starfish, your whole body to your toes and fingers and hold this posture for a moment. Then release the stretch. You will do this a few more times, to include stretching your spine and back, your fingers, toes, legs and arms. Roll into a comfortable body posture or stay here and enjoy the moment.
