Overcoming narcissistic abuse, You deserve, You deserve safety, You deserve respect, You deserve privacy, You deserve that your basic needs are being met, You deserve compassion, You deserve tenderness, You deserve the right to make mistakes, You deserve to start over, You deserve to set boundaries, You deserve to have peace, You deserve to be loved, You deserve unconditional acceptance, You deserve to design your own life, You deserve to say no to abuse, You deserve to walk away, You deserve to be free, You deserve because you're human, You deserve just because you are you.

As I am living with a Narcissist who claims to be here to help take care of our Mom. My brother yet is getting the caregiver to do everything he’s doing for us. He’s gravely mentally ill and suspect he’s struggling from not being properly diagnosed with Aspergers and has developed Narcissistic behavior to protect himself. Damn everyone else but mostly me. Because he can’t do much against his mom.
His Mom adores him so he can’t do anything wrong. Every bad that happens is my fault including the World economies and all the violence all over the world. I’m sure it’s my fault.
So your meditation is my Anthem. Along with the statement that I have permission. I don’t need anyone else’s.
