Eyes closed and just giving yourself a moment to settle,

It's a moment to pause,

Nothing to do,

Nowhere to be.

Just observing the mind and body and to acknowledge yourself,

The laughter,

The sadness,

The joy,

The excitement has brought you to this moment.

Let's begin by taking a few deep breaths so that we can relax even further,

Breathing in deeply,

Continue to breathe in deeply,

Just triggering the system and telling the body it's time to,

It's time to slow down and giving yourself permission to press forward and doing it one more time,

Just noticing the feelings,

The emotions and the sensations,

Noticing your body,

The quality of the breath that's here now,

Anchoring into this deep and present moment,

Everything is just as it needs to be,

Let's take it deeper by scanning through the body,

As you scan the invitation is to offer relaxation,

To offer stillness,

Perhaps even to embody those parts of the body,

Inhabit them,

Inhabit the space with the eyes inside,

Experience life from your body and again taking the awareness deeper,

Noticing sensations in the hands,

Moving back up to the top of the chest as we scan through the torso and the chest and into the heart space and pausing in the heart space for a while and taking awareness deeper into the stomach,

Just noticing the rise and fall,

Experiencing the whole body,

The fullness within the form,

Guide you to creativity,

Inspiration,

Innovation,

You may get distracted by thought and from this space of creativity,

Of creation,

Set yourself an intention,

Intention of how you want to be and as we rest in stillness,

We allow ourselves to heal,

We allow ourselves to connect through the simple act,

Now letting go,

Letting the mind be,

Noticing the points of contact,

Of the space that you're in and taking a nice slow deep breath in,

Do that one last time,

Deep breath in,

Arriving back in this moment,

Refreshed and ready.
