I'm just arriving always noticing that transition the transition from connection and laughter conversation with others and then moving inwards and settling settling with the self and arriving perhaps slowing down noticing the silence let's start by noticing any sounds around us just an awareness and then coming closer in the sensations sensations of the body this morning how does the body feel?

Becoming aware of the weight of the body the solidity and the stability with which gravity holds us the invisible force of gravity around us the points of contact the back resting the sitting bones connected to the surface beneath and then moving inwards and connecting to the breath conscious awareness of your breathing being aware of how you're breathing how it feels this morning the temperature of the breath the flow the sensations of breathing in the body noticing the rise and fall allowing the breath to become the bridge you might find as you become aware of the breath that each breath just allow the breath to noticing the sensations maybe a stillness or a calm that comes and goes with every breath and becoming aware of the immense power of this simple act of breathing something we take so much for granted but by paying attention and allow the breath to guide you to your centre to the life that lives within you that part of you that's always been here just allow your breath to guide you it knows where to go and if you notice that your mind is drifting into thought just favouring the meditation allow yourself to be completely free surrender to the breath where does the breath want to take you?

What is the breath showing you?

And allowing yourself to form a deeper connection deeper connection to the true self formless surrendering letting go and simply drifting just you stillness and calm and then from this space perhaps some clarity or insight arrives the more we let go the more we surrender by simply breathing in breathing in recognising this simplest of life-giving gifts just a gentle awareness of the sensations in the physical body perhaps even the flow of blood just noticing all the sensations of life and becoming aware of the physical body here in this space awareness to the space around you just becoming aware of the space that you are in as you gently drift and arrive back this space,

This time perhaps a little more refreshed renewed maybe some stillness and then from this space just setting a simple intention for the day set the intention and now let's take a nice slow deep breath in and a slow controlled release do that again,

A nice slow deep breath in and do that one last time bringing you fully back fully aware back into the room back into the space
