Energy Reset Meditation (Love)

This is a short meditation that you can do in the morning or in the middle of your day. If you want to reset your energy into calmness and love, this is the meditation to do. We use the breath as the door into energy. We use visualization to connect to love.

Hi,

Thanks for joining me today in meditation.

We're gonna keep it short and sweet.

So,

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth like you're blowing out a candle.

And then again,

Breathe in through the nose.

Pause at the top of the inhale.

Stay here for an extra moment or two.

And then exhale again through the mouth like you're blowing out a candle.

Take one more breath in through the nose.

Pause.

And this time,

Exhale through the nose too.

Slowly.

And as you get to the bottom of the exhale,

Feel that you are landing in your room to breathe.

Feel that you're very connected to your breath.

Feel that your breath is like the ocean,

Like waves coming in and out.

A steady,

Powerful rhythm.

A rhythm of growth and expansion.

A rhythm of discovery and evolution.

Growth.

Breathe very slowly.

And feel very connected to your heart.

Take a moment to visualize the word love in your mind's eye.

See it bold and bright.

Love.

And feel love permeating every cell of your body.

Every space in between the cells.

Every piece of you.

And as you inhale,

Feel the love expanding,

Giving you infinite energy.

And as you exhale,

Release that energy into the wind.

Know that you are loved and that you are connected.

Know that you are growing.

Know that you are evolving.

Know that love is the foundation,

The basis for everything.

Smile to yourself with this wisdom.

And then take a deep breath in through the nose.

Fill your lungs completely with love.

Completely pause here.

And then exhale.

And as you're exhaling,

Slowly open your eyes.

Notice that you've gone on a journey and now you're back in your day.

And I hope that you go forward with renewed energy,

Excitement,

And joy.
