Gently close your eyes.
Feel your feet on the earth and your body supported by the surface beneath you.
Take a few deep,
Intentional breaths.
Inhale for four,
Hold for four,
Exhale for six.
Let each breath slow you down and let each breath anchor you into the now.
Now that we are grounded,
Let's drop into our heart.
Place a hand over your heart.
With each breath,
Imagine your awareness dropping from your mind into your heart space.
Feel your heartbeat,
A sacred rhythm that connects you to all of your life.
Silently say,
I am here.
I am heart.
I am connected.
Expanding your compassion,
Visualize a soft,
Warm light in your heart.
With each breath,
Allow it to grow,
First filling your chest,
Then your whole body.
Now,
Send that light outward to your loved ones,
To your community,
To leaders and decision makers around the world,
To those who are suffering or afraid,
To those you disagree with.
Let this light touch them all equally.
No exceptions.
This is heart-centered leadership in motion.

Let's take the time to anchor our intention.
Silently repeat,
May my presence be a sanctuary for others.
May my choices ripple peace into the world.
May I lead with heart always.
Feel your body grounded,
Your heart open,
And your intention set.
Slowly bring your awareness back to the room.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Open your eyes with a soft gaze and smile,
Knowing you made a difference.
Take one last deep breath in.
