Welcome,

My sweet,

Beautiful soul.

This meditation is from the deepest part of my heart.

I am reaching out to you.

You have been through so much.

You're still among the storm.

Let me reach out to you with my voice.

And together,

Let's try to steer those clouds away.

Begin by taking a deep breath in and out.

And as you breathe out,

See the passage of clear air in the sky.

It's blue out there,

Beyond the darkness and the grey,

A beautiful shade of blue.

Keep breathing,

My dear,

Slowly,

At your own pace,

Deeper than usual,

In and out through your mouth.

And as the sky clears,

You begin to relax now.

A gentle smile softens your beautiful face.

You may close your eyes,

Or keep them open,

Gazing gently in front of you,

Just a little bit downward.

Breathe out.

Know that you are safe in your own space,

In your own energy.

You are valued.

Your value is so much more than you give yourself credit for.

You have so much to offer to the world,

To yourself,

To your friends,

Your family,

Your partner.

You are so much more than you see.

Breathe in.

Feel the air reaching your toes,

Stretch them,

Wiggle them,

Let the breath travel upwards,

Like waves moving through your ankles,

Your calves and your thighs.

Give your body a beautiful stretch.

It has carried you through so much today.

It deserves peace,

It deserves relaxation,

It deserves to let go now.

Feel the breath reaching your hips,

Your beautiful hips,

Whatever shape they have,

Whatever size they hold.

They give you a strong foundation,

They hold your strength,

Your stability and your grace.

Breathe into your stomach,

Whether it's flat or rounded,

Whether it carries stretch marks or smooth skin.

Just place your hands on it,

Hold it with love.

Take a breath,

Feel it moving within you,

Nourishing you.

Let the air reach your organs,

Oxygenating them,

Giving them life.

Feel them expand and contract,

Working in harmony,

Sustaining you.

Your beautiful stomach protects all the important things inside you.

Now,

Bring the breath into your chest.

Let it expand and contract gracefully,

Sensually,

In tune with your own feminine energy.

Feel how effortlessly the breath moves,

Filling you with warmth,

With presence,

With beauty inside of you.

Let the breath travel down your arms,

Your strong arms,

How much they hold,

How much they carry each day,

Through your forearms,

To your wrists,

To your fingers,

Wiggle them,

Stretch them and give them the love they deserve.

Feel the breath reach your neck,

Your chin,

Your jaw.

Let the tension melt away under the soft beautiful air.

Your jaw relaxes,

Let it soften,

Let your lips part just slightly,

Inviting deeper relaxation now.

Your beautiful cheeks,

Remember to wear a gentle smile,

A moment of self-love,

Self-acceptance.

How much worry is carried in your brows,

In your forehead?

Let's release it now.

Let the breath sweep through,

Lifting away the tension like a passing breeze.

Keep breathing,

My love.

I know so many things may feel against you right now.

You may feel stuck,

Angry,

Frustrated.

Maybe life hasn't been merciful,

Or maybe it's just a phase.

Whatever you're facing,

Remember,

You can bloom.

You can bloom anyway.

Turn adversity into your strength.

It's okay to be vulnerable.

It's okay to feel.

You were meant to feel.

You're human.

We were given the gift of emotions.

To experience them.

To honour them.

And then,

To let them go.

Just like you inhale and exhale.

Release the weight of the past.

Make space for something new.

Something nurturing.

Something that allows you to grow.

Bloom anyway.

Let your petals unfold graceful,

Gentle,

Beautiful in your own feminine energy.

So powerful in owning it.

Take a deep breath in and out through your mouth.

Carry this softness with you.

Let it settle into your heart.

This moment of peace,

Of presence.

It is yours.

It will always be within you,

Whenever you need it.

Slowly,

Begin to bring awareness back to your body.

Feel your body.

Give it a beautiful stretch.

Notice the surface beneath you.

The air around you.

When you're ready,

Softly open your eyes.
