As you prepare for sleep, find a comfortable position in your bed and take a deep breath. Close your eyes and begin to focus on your breath. Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth. Through this guided meditation, allow your thoughts to drift away as you become more and more relaxed with each breath. Let yourself sink deeper into this feeling of relaxation as you drift off to sleep. When you wake up in the morning, you will feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the day. Good night.

Breathe in blue light,

And with each breath in and out,

See that blue light moving through your pathways,

Moving through your airway,

And into your lungs as you see that blue breath wrapping around all of your lungs and into your ribcage,

Feeling your body,

The parts of your body that are wound tight,

The parts of your body that are still holding on to the energy from the day,

And just simply breathe in blue light to each of those parts,

And as you choose each part,

Breathing in that blue light,

You see the tightness unraveling,

You see the thoughts and the worries unraveling as they float and just fade away from your body,

Breathing in that blue light,

And breathing out that blue light,

Bringing your awareness,

Your breath and blue light down into your heart as you begin to feel your heart,

Feel the energy and the emotions inside your heart as you breathe into this space,

You begin to notice your blue light and the green light in your heart,

As your blue light turns to green,

You see the green light breathing in and out into your heart,

And with the next green breath of light coming into your heart,

You slowly bring your awareness away from your heart,

Moving it to your head,

As you breathe,

That light turns from green to purple,

And as your breath turns purple,

It moves towards your head,

Breathing out purple light from your head,

You call on your angels,

Your guides and past loved ones to gather around you to bring peace and unconditional love,

As they wrap their energy of love and light around you,

As you breathe into this space,

Allowing yourself to feel held and loved by all that surrounds you,

As you set your intention,

Asking for peaceful rest,

Bringing your energy to your heart,

You breathe in the purple light into your head once again,

And just notice the wave of infinite light and peace flowing through your body,

Your mind and heart,

Colors that surround you are bright purples,

Blues and greens,

You breathe in all the lights and all the unconditional love that surrounds you,

Giving yourself to this moment,

Breathing,

Feeling that vibration running through your body,

As you release and allow yourself to step in,

To breathe in and out,

Feeling that light all around you,

As it flows through you,

Giving yourself to this moment.
