Envision yourself standing on some grass.

As you begin visioning your hands and your feet growing roots.

As it breaks through the soil.

Growing long and deep into the earth.

As you breathe in deep.

Seeing your roots wrapping around the core of the earth.

As you breathe in feeling the energy.

Visioning the blue of your spine.

Your roots.

Conditional love.

Energy.

As you breathe.

As to all of spirit.

As you show gratitude.
