This track explores the quiet habit of daily self-abandonment and the ways we disconnect from our own truth, inviting you to notice the subtle moments where you swallow your experience and offering gentle guidance to reconnect with yourself. You’ll be guided toward presence and alignment, helping you honor what you actually feel each day, and creating space to simply be. By listening, you can begin to break the cycle of surface-level responses and cultivate a deeper, truer connection with your own inner world.

Transcript

We're living inside a cultural script of everyday self-abandonment,

And it sounds something like this.

Hello,

How are you?

I'm good,

How are you?

Even when our insides are saying,

Actually,

I'm exhausted,

I'm anxious,

I feel terrified,

Or I'm grieving.

But we swallow it.

Not out of deception,

But out of conditioning.

We're trained to keep it surface level,

Safe,

And pleasant.

And over time,

That tiny daily disconnection from our truth becomes normal.

But it's not natural.

It's a mass cultural disattunement.

And yes,

It teaches us to mistrust our own experience.

So here's a one-liner you can use instead.

When someone asks,

How are you,

And you want to stay true,

But not spill your whole inner world,

Try to say,

I'm here.
