Well,

Greetings friends,

This is Dana and I have a series of positive affirmations to share with you.

And the reason that positive affirmations are so wonderful is that when we can align our thinking toward optimism and hopefulness,

This can have a really neat holistic impact.

So it's increasing our energy,

Strengthening us,

Multiplying our happiness,

Broadening our capacity for gratitude.

So I invite you to make this season a time of looking up and maybe it's a long season,

Maybe it's a short season,

Maybe it's just a moment.

I would even encourage you to spend some time each morning saying a few words of positive affirmation to stick with you throughout the day.

You know,

If you're having a hard time relaxing or if you're having a difficult time falling asleep,

I hope that these affirmations are helpful for you,

Helping to put your mind at ease,

To breathe and just relax.

So let's begin.

These affirmations are something that you can just listen or maybe you want to repeat them to yourself or in your mind.

Maybe they're helpful just to get out of your own mind.

However you would find these useful.

Take a nice deep breath in.

I will not dwell on the past.
