Life can sometimes leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves.
We get caught up in the hustle,
The responsibilities,
The expectations,
And before we know it,
We've forgotten to take care of the most important relationship that we have.
That's the one with ourselves.
If you've been feeling a little distant from your own heart lately,
This meditation is for you.
We will use Reiki energy just to guide you back to a place of self-love and acceptance.
It's a reminder that no matter where you are in your journey,
You deserve kindness,
Compassion,
And love from yourself.
So go ahead and find a cozy spot where you can either sit or lie down.
Make sure you're comfortable.
Get a pillow,
Blanket,
Whatever you need to feel supported.
This time is for you.
Now that you have those items,
Close your eyes and take a few deep,
Slow breaths.
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Releasing any tension,
Any distractions.
As you settle into this moment,
Nice deep breathing.
Now imagine a soft pink light.
It's a warm,
Gentle glow starting to form at the center of your chest.
Right in your heart space.
This pink light represents love.
It's the unconditional love for yourself.
With each breath you take,
Imagine this pink light growing,
Slowly expanding through your chest.
And filling you with a sense of comfort and of safety.
As this pink light fills your chest,
Silently invite Reiki energy to flow through you.
Picture this Reiki energy as a gentle wave moving through your body,
Supporting this light of self-love.
Let this energy remind you that you are worthy of love just as you are,
Without needing to change or to do anything.
Go ahead and feel the warmth spread through your body,
Touching every cell,
Every muscle,
Every joint,
Every part of you with kindness and care.
If it feels right,
Place one or both hands over your heart.
Breathe deeply.
And as you do,
Allow any feelings of doubt,
Self-judgment,
Or insecurity to soften.
You don't need to hold on to them.
You can let the Reiki energy carry them away.
Leaving space for more love and acceptance.
You are safe here.
You are loved.
As you continue breathing,
You can repeat to yourself,
