Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and as you exhale through your mouth let go of any distractions,
Of any stress that you've been carrying today.
This time is just for you.
Now begin to imagine a soft golden light entering through the top of your head.
This golden light represents gratitude.
It is warm,
It is gentle and it is full of love.
With each breath that you take see this golden light filling your body.
Let it flow down through your head,
Through your neck,
Through your shoulders,
Moving gently through your chest,
Your arms,
And down into your legs.
Finally feel this light settling into your heart,
Filling it with warmth and peace.
As this golden light expands within you,
Invite the healing energy of Reiki to flow now through your body,
