Welcome,
Beautiful souls,
To this guided meditation.
Find a comfortable position to sit or lie down and let your body rest gently for a few moments.
Close your eyes and take a slow,
Deep breath in,
And then softly exhale.
Take another slow,
Steady breath in,
And as you release,
Let go of any tension,
Anything that you're holding on to in your body.
And one more time,
Take a gentle breath in,
And then as you exhale,
Allow all non-serving energy to drift away on that breath.
Allow your face to relax,
Your shoulders to drop,
Your whole body to become soft and still there,
And allow your breathing to fall into its own steady rhythm.
And with each inhale,
Imagine calm filling your body.
With each exhale,
Releasing tension.
Today,
We are going to remind ourselves of the true soul that we are.
So gently repeat these affirmations,
Either in your mind or out loud.
I am worthy of love and care.
I am worthy of deep respect.
I am enough exactly as I am.
I do not need to prove my worth to anyone.
My presence matters.
I am deserving of happiness.
I am deserving of peace.
I allow joy to enter my life.
I am open to receiving love.
I deserve to receive kindness.
I deserve to receive abundance in all of its forms.
I release self-doubt.
I release the need for approval.
I let go of negative thoughts about myself.
I am growing and learning every day.
I choose unconditional love and compassion for myself.
I trust myself.
I believe in my inner strength.
I honor who I am becoming.
I deserve to take up space.
My voice matters.
My feelings are valid.
I am connected to my inner worth.
I am a bright,
Beautiful soul worthy of love,
Respect,
And harmony.
My worth is constant and unchanging.
I am worthy simply because I exist.
Sit quietly for a few moments now and let the energy of those words blend into your mind,
Absorb into your body,
And resonate with the great bright light within you.
You are a beautiful soul having a human experience and you are worthy.
Carry this feeling of worthiness with you into your day.
Now wiggle your fingers and toes and when you are ready gently open your eyes.
