Welcome to this guided meditation Beautiful Soul.

Today as we journey together,

We are going to release all worry from our body and our mind.

Bring yourself into a comfortable position.

Soften your gaze or close your eyes and take a slow,

Steady breath in and slowly exhale.

And as you exhale,

Allow your body to soften,

Allow your muscles to relax and just for today,

Just for this moment,

Just for today,

Just for now,

Just for this moment,

Surrender your worries over to the divine spirit.

No matter what you are experiencing in your life right now,

Even in your hardest moments,

Even when all seems dark and hopeless,

Remember,

You are always held and protected no matter what happens in your earthly body,

Your soul can never be harmed.

Your soul can never surrender your worries over to the divine spirit now,

Your team of divine helpers and the great spirit to take these worries from you.

Breathe in and as you exhale,

See your earthly worries leaving you on that breath,

Leaving your body as a silver cloud,

As that silver cloud floats away from your aura,

Watch as your worries move further and further,

Release those worries back to the divine,

Surrender them back to,

Inhale slowly once more and once more,

Exhale,

Worry to leave your body surrendering and feel your whole body become lighter as you let those worries go,

Feel your body relax as it lets go of tension,

As it lets go of worry,

With each breath you feel lighter,

You know and trust that the divine spirit will always take care of your worries,

It is safe now,

You are always loved,

Always protected,

I surrender all worry to the divine,

I know I am always loved and protected,

It is safe for me to release all feelings of worry,

I trust in the flow of life,

I trust that my soul can never be harmed,

Relax now beautiful soul,

Knowing that you are held by the great and so it is.
