Beautiful soul,

To this guided Reiki self-healing.

Today you are going to honor yourself by giving yourself the gift of healing.

So find yourself a comfortable place to lie or sit and bring your hands together at your heart center in Gassho.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and breathe out slowly,

Allowing your body to relax into your bed or chair.

Now let your breathing fall into its own steady rhythm,

Keeping your hands in Gassho,

We are now going to welcome in the Reiki energy.

Repeat in your mind,

I now welcome in Reiki energy and my guides,

Angels and Reiki masters from my lineage and all beings of 100% love and light only to ground,

Protect and support me during this healing.

This healing is for myself,

Myself,

Myself.

I ask for this healing for my highest good and the highest good of all.

May this healing be delivered in divine timing and divine will.

Now feel the Reiki energy begin to flow through your system,

Bringing you exactly what you need in this moment.

As we begin our healing now,

I will let you know when it's time to change positions.

So firstly,

Bring your hands to the first position,

Placing your palms over your eyes and just relax,

Allowing this beautiful healing.

Bring your hands to your temples and enjoy.

Next,

Bring your hands around to the base of your skull,

Cradling your head and allowing yourself to fully relax into this nurturing comfort.

Now slowly bring your hands around to your throat chakra,

Resting your hands against your jawline with the unconditional love of the divine spirit.
