And I'll be your guide for today.
I'd like to welcome you to my corner of the universe,
This space that I have created and will share with you now.
I'd like to remind you that this is a safe space.
If possible,
Please ensure you are also in a space that feels safe to you,
Or at the very least,
Safe enough for you to have a moment to yourself.
If possible,
Take this practice outside,
Under a tree,
By a window,
Or even your car,
Wherever you can find a little pocket of peace.
Today's practice,
We will honor the supermoon in Taurus.

This supermoon is the second in a series of three,
With the last occurring in December 2025.
Supermoons are given this name as they come to the closest point in the Earth's orbit,
Making the supermoon appear larger and brighter than we're used to.
At this moment,
I will kindly ask you to get comfortable in a seated position,
Or just by laying down.
You might like to prop yourself up with a pillow under your bottom,
Knees,
Or head.
Stretch and shake out any excess energy,
And begin to soften into the space and position you were in.
Under the light of this supermoon,
Taurus is lending a hand at grounding us.
Ruled by Venus,
We are invited to release what no longer serves us,
And make space for what delights us,
Our pleasures,
Our inspiration,
Our art.
This full moon is granting us all permission to transform our inner and outer worlds.
I kindly ask you to begin today's practice by rubbing your hands together.
As you begin to feel the friction and the heat,
Take your hands and place them over your eyes,
Resting your palms on your cheeks.
Take a soft yet deep breath in here.
At the top of your breath,
Close your eyes,
And when you're ready,
Exhale.
Please now remove your hands,
And gently rest them on your lap,
Or by your side.
Begin to notice the noises that surround you.
Are there birds chirping?
Cars driving past?
A noisy neighbor?
Imagine you are able to turn down the volume of all the noises these sounds as you begin to focus more on my voice and the sounds in this recording.
It's just you and me here,
Now,
In this space guided by the energy of the moon.
Feel your body supported by the ground beneath you,
Noticing the way your body meets the floor,
How the outer parts of your body rest upon the surface.
Do you feel like a feather almost hovering above the ground,
Or heavy,
As though you are sinking into the surface?
Stop and rest here,
If you like,
Just for a moment,
Remembering that any time you choose,
You can return to the waking world by simply opening your eyes.
As we delve further inwards,
This is the moment where I would like us to breathe together.
We will breathe in through the nose for four,
Hold for seven,
And exhale out the mouth for eight.
The exhale can be with a noise,
Like a sigh,
Or a hum,
Or just a gentle breath out.
Whatever feels best for you in that moment.
We will do this three times.
Ready?

Let your breath release you.

Regardless of whether it is day or night,
Envision a large luminous moon above you.
She glows a wondrous white light beaming with energy.
If you can,
Think of this glowing light pouring all over you as if you were in a shower and the moonlight is the water allowing each droplet to delicately touch the surface of your skin.
Feel your whole body awash with this light surrounding all of you,
Absorbing into you.
As you breathe in,
Softly inhale this glowing white light,
Feeling it swirl throughout your body,
Charging each atom you are comprised of.
With each breath in,
Notice where this flow might stop or slow.
If possible,
See if you can identify the areas in your body where blockages may be.
Could these areas of resistance mirror parts of your waking life that no longer serve you?
If they do,
What stories are they telling you?
What lessons have lived within each blockage or resistance?
It's a curiosity about the stories of our bodies and how they unfold from the inner to the outer world.
What stories have you outgrown?
What shapes do you no longer fit into?
What narratives are outdated?
What parts are you ready to relinquish and release?
This time,
As you breathe in,
Direct your breath and the light of the moon to each part that feels blocked.
Breathing in,
Feeling the coolness of the air brush past your nostrils.
Feel it flow through you like bioluminescent algae moving with the motion of the waves.
It touches each blockage and points of resistance.
As you gently exhale,
You feel this like melting into the warmth of someone you love deeply.
Allow each exhale to carry the residue of anything that has tried to stick to you and does not serve you.
If able,
See if you can feel parts of you release with ease.
Can you imagine now the empty space that is left behind?
A freer feeling?
A lightness?
Each breath brings in something new,
A sense of softness or renewal.
Feel yourself bathed in this glow.
You're recharged.
You're whole.
As Taurus is ruled by Venus,
We look at what we're attracted to,
What inspires us,
And what fills our hearts and souls with joy.
If you could,
Just for a moment,
Pretend with me,
If you like,
And play with the idea that you can call into your life anything you wish,
What would you call in?
What lights up your soul?
What feels like energizing electricity as you begin to imagine these things into your world?
What would it be?
This isn't just about manifesting as such.
It's about giving yourself a moment to think what pleasures and joy and love could be brought into your world,
Both inner and outer.
It could be as simple as,
I feel joy in nature.
I want to connect with nature more.
I will go on a five-minute walk to the park.
I feel joy with friends.
I want to connect with people more.
I will message a friend for some tea after this meditation.
I feel joy when I create.
I want to create more.
I will make some time,
Even if it's just 10 minutes,
To paint or draw or start building my own garden.
I feel joy when I engage in community.
I want to find my community.
I will volunteer or join a workshop in my local area to find this.
What I would like for us to do now is breathe again together.
This time,
If you can,
Imagine your entire body glowing white with the moonlight.
But this light is magnetic,
And like moths to a flame,
This glowing light attracts all those joyous and love-filled things to you.
We will do this three times.
Are you ready?
Take a deep breath in through the nose for four.
Holding for seven.
Knowing your body has absorbed the glowing white light that is now drawing in your dreams.
Exhale for eight through the mouth.
Feeling as though your life is already filled with these new or old feelings of love and joy.
Again,
Deep breath in through the nose for four.
Holding for seven.
Feeling your entire being abundant with supermoon light.
And exhale out the mouth for eight.
Allowing the visions and feelings of the things you're attracted to to fully absorb into you.
Last round now.
Gently breathe in through the nose for four.
Holding for seven.
As though the air you are breathing in has charged the moonlight within.
Breathing out softly now for eight.
As though your entire being is completed and all the enjoyment and treats have already entered your life.
We are all connected.
The heavenly bodies that exist in our skies are a part of us,
Too.
We are a part of each other and the moon is no exception.
We are all one.
As we begin our return to the waking world,
Take with you the joys you have found and leave behind all that was released.
When you return,
You will be charged by the moon,
Magnetized to all the things that make you sparkle.
Ever so softly now,
If you can,
Begin to move.
Wiggle your toes.
Add some gentle movement into your fingers.
Maybe close your hands into a fist and open them again.
Inviting small waves of movement back into your body.
Maybe gently stretch your legs or arms over the head as though you were waking up from the sweetest nap.
We will return as we entered.
I now invite you to bring your hands together and begin to rub them to create some gentle heat.
Resting the palms on your cheeks and fingers over your eyes,
Take a final soft breath in and as you exhale,
Open your eyes and remove your hands.
