Every morning we are given the opportunity to begin again. As you awaken into the day, this gentle morning practice invites you to start from a place of love, self-love. Not so much a traditional meditation and more of a daily practice. It's a crafted moment to offer yourself some of the care and encouragement you so often give to others. Blending affirmations with a soft, grounding pep talk, this practice is designed to help you begin your day feeling supported, motivated, and connected to yourself. Return to this practice whenever you want to start the day gently or to remind yourself that you are worthy of love — before the world asks anything of you. Well,

Hello there.

Welcome to Celestial Gems.

I'm Gem.

Today,

I'd like to invite you to join me in taking a short moment just for you,

To embrace love just for yourself.

Let's center ourselves here in this moment by taking three gentle breaths,

Noticing how each breath feels in the body,

Refreshing,

Nurturing.

Perhaps as you breathe in,

Take another soft breath.

This time,

As you exhale,

See if you can observe how this release feels.

Final breath,

Accepting this moment that has been created just for you.

If it feels good to you,

I'd like you to think of a loved one,

A friend,

A person in your community,

A family member,

Your pet.

Think of them and feel the love you have for them.

Feel that connection,

The way that loving energy flows through you.

Now,

If you can,

Take that love you're feeling and direct it towards yourself.

Just for this moment.

It doesn't have to be for long if that's too much for you.

But just for now,

Think of yourself as a friend that you love very much.

Embrace those warm feelings of love and acceptance for yourself.

In this moment,

We're not giving them away.

You're keeping them within your body,

Within yourself.

If you've ever forgiven someone for something,

Now is the time to allow forgiveness for yourself.

Now is the time to tell yourself,

I love you.

Try saying it out loud.

I love you.

Say it again,

A little louder,

Maybe.

And with power.

I love you.

I love you.

You are a powerful being.

Keep that thought alive in your mind.

You are powerful.

Say it with me.

I am powerful.

I am powerful.

You weren't put on this earth to give all your love away.

Some of that love is meant for you.

To love yourself isn't selfish.

It's a basic requirement for survival.

You are a sparkling being like the dew that rests on petals soaking up the morning sun.

You are a drop of dew emanating our glorious sun,

Making the world a softer,

Kinder,

More beautiful place.

Not because of appearance,

But because of how your soul shines.

As you stand radiant in your power,

So too does the world around you,

Glowing with you.

The more love and light you give to yourself,

The more there is in our world.

Today,

Give yourself permission to love yourself entirely.

Love yourself without conditions,

Without hitting the goal,

Without doing,

Without being anything other than who you are.

Love yourself through rest.

Love yourself without the gym.

Love yourself when you eat.

Love yourself when you move.

Love yourself through mistakes.

Love yourself in those embarrassing moments.

Love yourself even when you didn't or couldn't meet other people's expectations.

Love yourself like the ones you have loved.

Love yourself as though the world needs you to love yourself.

It is essential for you to live each moment with love,

Not just for others,

But yourself.

My dear,

You are worthy of love.

Say this out loud or think it clearly in your mind.

I am worthy of love.

It's okay if you find this hard.

We live in a world that profits from your discontent.

Every time you put yourself down,

Remember this.

Remember,

You are powerful.

You are worthy of love.

You are special.

What you do each day has meaning,

No matter how big or how small.

You matter.

You are valuable.

Today,

Loving yourself comes with ease.

If the only thing you can do today is loving yourself,

Well then,

That's more than enough.

Thank you so much for joining me today.

Until we meet again,

Goodbye,

My kindred friend.
