Exhale completely,

Letting go of all the breath in the belly.

Massage your lower abs to completely get rid of the breath.

Slowly inhale through the mouth.

Hold and lock.

Slowly exhale through the mouth.

Hold and lock at the top.

Slowly inhale through the mouth.

Hold and lock at the top.

And slow exhale through the mouth.

Slowly inhale through the mouth.

Hold and lock.

Slowly exhale through the mouth.

And seven fast breaths to the mouth.

And then seven fast breaths to the mouth.

Exhale completely,

Emptying the belly out.

Succing the belly inward.

Slowly inhale through your right nostril,

Mouth closed.

Hold and lock.

And keeping your mouth closed,

Slowly exhale through your right nostril.

Again,

Slow inhale,

Right nostril only.

Hold and lock.

Slowly exhale through your right nostril.

Slow inhale,

Right nostril.

Hold and lock.

And slowly exhale,

Right nostril.

Slow inhale,

Right nostril.

Hold and lock.

And exhale,

Right nostril.

Slow inhale,

Right nostril.

Hold and lock.

Exhale,

Right nostril.

Seven fast breaths,

Right nostril only.

And then we'll switch that to seven fast breaths,

Left nostril only.

Slow things down,

We'll slow inhale,

Left nostril.

Hold and lock.

Slow inhale,

Left nostril only.

Slow exhale,

Left nostril.

Slow inhale,

Left nostril.

Hold and lock.

Slowly exhale,

Left nostril.

Slow inhale,

Left nostril.

Hold and lock.

Slow exhale,

Left nostril.

Slow inhale,

Left nostril.

Hold and lock.

Slow exhale,

Left nostril.

Almost done.

Ten fast breaths through the mouth.

And slow as possible inhale through the mouth.

And then we'll hold and lock as long as you can.

And then let it all go,

Slowly exhaling through the mouth.
