
Breathwork For Manifesting The Life You Desire
Conscious breathing is conscious connection to Spirit. With this 30 minute guided breathwork, you will take one step into the first day of your future. You will allow the breath to lead you completely and feel your entire vessel refresh, release, and revitalize as that ideal version you've always dreampt of being.

Hello,
Welcome to breathwork for manifesting the life that you deserve,
The life that you envision for yourself so clearly.
Or maybe it's not clearly and that's okay too.
Today,
We will tap into the power of the breath,
Go through various breathing techniques,
All while raising our vibrations and attraction levels.
So as always,
Find a firm surface,
Whether it's the edge of a chair or the floor.
You can settle into that space.
Close down the eyes and just breathe naturally.
Feeling the gentle expansion of the belly as you inhale and the soft contraction of the chest and belly maybe as you exhale.
No control or effort on the breath,
Just your natural rhythm.
Take as much time as you need to establish this connection.
This is important.
Turn your attention and awareness inwards.
Without trying to change anything at all,
Just notice how you're breathing.
Is the breath moving through the nose or the mouth?
Describe the rhythm and depth of the breath in your mind.
Notice if there's a difference between the breath in and the breath out.
Maybe one is soft,
One is a little harder.
Where in the body do you notice the breath?
As you focus inward towards your breath,
Towards your body,
Notice your mind.
How might the breath as it is right now relate to the mind as it is right now?
Just notice,
No judgment,
Just curiosity.
Just enjoy for a moment how everything feels right now.
Everything is peaceful.
You are still.
You are quiet.
Even if there are noises in your environment,
You can be quiet within.
Any tasks or goals,
Projects,
You can pick them up afterward.
Right now,
There is nowhere to go,
Nothing to do.
Just be right here,
Right now in this current breath.
Begin to inhale in through the nose and raise the shoulders to the ears.
Exhale the shoulders back down.
Inhaling them up and exhaling them down.
Find your own rhythm with this.
We're just getting into the body,
Getting into this present moment.
A little breath to movement to be as present as we can be.
Exhaling shoulders to ears and exhaling,
Dropping the shoulders back down.
Try to inhale the arms overhead to touch the fingertips and exhale as if you're moving through water,
Glide the hands back down.
Circular breaths,
Inhaling the arms up,
Touching the fingertips,
Bellies full,
Exhaling,
Dropping it back down slowly,
Taking your time.
One more inhale the arms all the way up,
Stretch,
Belly is expanded.
Exhale softly,
Bring the arms back down.
We're going to do three horse breaths together.
So inhaling through the nose and blowing through the lips.
Inhale slowly.
One more,
Feel the air going all the way down to the ribs,
Breathing a little deeper so we can live a little deeper.
Hold for a moment.
Keep holding.
Hold,
Sip a little extra.
Let it go.
Going into our 20 connected breaths.
Essentially it is four steady breaths followed by one long slow breath,
Which is a set of five.
We'll be doing four sets of five and two rounds of 20.
So join in when you are ready.
Next round will be nose only breaths.
Fifth one is slow inhale through the nose.
Hold.
Inhale through the nose slow.
You find the bottom of the breath going right into the next set.
Fifth one is slow.
Hold.
Eyes are closed.
Exhale through the nose.
Third round.
Fifth one is slow.
Exhale through the nose quietly and softly.
Bring the bottom of the exhale,
Your fourth round.
Fifth breath is slow.
Even when you think you've reached the top of the breath,
Sip a little more.
Hold.
Exhale through the nose softly quietly.
Notice the shift in the body,
Shift in the mind,
Shift in your presence.
Going into our second round.
This will be nose to mouth breaths.
Same exact principle.
This one slow.
Exhale through the mouth.
As soft as you inhale is as soft as you exhale.
Second set.
Slow it down.
And through lightly pursed lips,
Let it go.
Two more rounds like this,
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Fifth one,
Slow it down.
Full inhalation,
Full expansion.
You're detoxing so much just through the breath.
Hold and lock it all at the top.
Exhale through the mouth softly.
Sinking down to the very bottom of the exhale.
Complete emptiness before you fill.
Last set.
Slow sip nourish in the new prana,
The new energy.
Hold it all at the very top.
Bellies pushed out,
Pot belly breath.
Hold and lock.
Slowly release and let it all go through the mouth.
Now without making any big changes or staying comfortable,
Without forcing,
Pushing or straining,
With as much ease as possible,
We're going to extend the exhale breath to four.
Inhaling one,
Two,
Three through the nose.
Exhaling through the nose four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Spend a little more time on the breath out than you do the breath in.
Continue this breath.
Still and easy,
Patient and calm.
Breathing out a little bit longer.
Releasing any unnecessary energy in the mind or blockages.
Inhaling one,
Two,
Three.
Exhaling four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Exhaling one,
Two,
Three.
Exhaling four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Pause.
Hold at the bottom.
Keep holding.
Going back into it.
Inhale one,
Two,
Three.
Exhale four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Inhale one,
Two,
Three.
Exhale four,
Three,
Two,
One.
How does the quality of the breath reflect the mind right now?
Continue to breathe comfortably without forcing,
Pushing or straining.
We'll begin to extend the exhale breath to five.
So inhaling one,
Two,
Three through the nose and out of the nose.
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Same easy breath in,
Longer breath out.
Again,
We're letting go of that excess energy in the mind with these extended exhales.
Inhaling one,
Two,
Three.
Exhaling five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
As you watch the breath,
Notice the mind.
Notice how the quality of the mind is reflected in the breath.
Inhale one,
Two,
Three.
Exhale five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Pause.
Hold at the bottom.
Keep holding.
Inhale one,
Two,
Three.
Exhale five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Continue this breath.
Breath and mind,
Neither one comes first.
You change either one and you change the other.
We're rewiring the system,
Letting go of that excess information,
Excess energy.
Exhaling one,
Two,
Three.
Moving into two-part breaths,
We're going to wake up our imagination a bit and really start to manifest that life that we know we deserve.
Two-part breathing,
This is just through the nose.
You're inhaling into the chest,
Into the belly,
And out of the mouth you let it go.
So you can take this slow.
Inhale to the chest,
Into the belly.
Release and let it go.
Inhale to the chest,
Into the belly.
Exhale to the chest.
Exhale to the chest.
Exhale to the chest.
As you continue this breath,
Imagine you are sitting in a comfortable chair.
You are watching a movie of the life you desire.
See the people,
The places,
The environment.
Notice your job,
Your friends,
Your family.
Notice your surroundings,
Your home,
Your clothing.
Notice what you are doing,
Who you are with.
Notice where you are and the variety of experiences that move across the screen.
Continue this breath.
Now feel yourself in this movie although it is no longer a movie.
It is the now.
It is real.
Feel yourself living this life you know you deserve.
Soak it all in.
Experience the sights as they interact with you.
Feel through the body sensations,
The emotions as you live your dream right now.
Notice the flavors of the mouth,
The smells in the air,
The sounds that surround you.
Hear the sounds of the nature,
The environment,
The conversations.
Indulge in these sensations.
Engage in the environment.
Feel your whole being enveloped in this new vibration of your ideal life.
Know that it's happening right now with this very breath.
Allow yourself to bathe in the experience of living the life you desire.
Trust and know it is happening right now.
Enjoy this experience.
Trust that all you need to do right now is breathe into it.
The ability to manifest lies within every single one of us.
All it takes is learning simple techniques in mindfulness through the breath to awaken this power.
We have a mind for a reason.
And being connected to our breath allows us to train the mind,
To rewire the mind instead of letting the mind drag us around.
The most helpful tool that we have free access to at any time is our breath.
It's been there since we were born and it is there through every single emotion.
So by honoring our breath,
When we are ready to set intentions,
A very powerful experience can occur.
Coming back to your steady breath for a moment,
Noticing any changes in the body or the mind or the entire being,
I want you right now to set the intention to manifest the changes you desire in your life.
Repeat it in your head,
See it in your head,
Feel it in your being.
And we're going to take together five significant and dedicated breaths to this manifestation.
Slowly inhaling through the nose,
Expanding the belly and chest as much as you can,
Hold for a moment.
Keep holding.
Keep holding.
Exhale,
Feel a wave of relaxation sweep over you.
Find the very bottom of this exhale.
Second breath,
Inhale in through the nose,
Filling the entire breathing system with fresh oxygen.
Hold it,
Belly's full,
Lower back feels full,
Heart,
Mind,
Being is expanded.
Keep holding.
Exhale,
Softly notice this new energy sweeping over you on the exhales.
Three,
Inhale so deeply that you are brimming with air,
Taking a moment at the top to soak in this vital life force,
This prana,
This chi.
Hold.
Exhale.
The body relaxes in many areas without any effort from you,
Just the breath.
Fourth breath in,
Fully inhale the life force,
Feeling these breaths,
Purifying,
Detoxifying the entire body.
Hold at the very top.
Take your time sipping in this air.
There's no need to rush.
Exhaling now,
Not trying to do anything at all,
Just notice how you're feeling.
Completely exhale it out.
Last one is our best one.
A full beautiful breath coming in all the way to the top.
Sip a little extra even when you think you found the top.
Feel this goodness of this simple task.
Hold it.
Be in this expansion.
Be in the abundance.
Completely exhale it,
Let it go.
Completely let it go.
Air and thought are one and the same.
Completely let go.
Come back to your neutral flow of breath and take a notice of how you feel in this very moment.
What new things you might have learned about yourself in this moment.
You now have an abundance of oxygen and energy and this is truly how we were created to feel.
Breathing deeply and fully is an expression of self-compassion.
Let your breath be natural.
Notice how abundance feels.
Know that this is your new tool that you can use whenever you're ready to manifest the reality you desire.
When you're feeling any kind of lack or negative inner talk,
You immediately pause.
Take five deep purposeful and powerful breaths and allow these breaths to relax you,
To amplify your health and give you the clarity that you desire.
For the next 24 hours,
If you catch yourself at a standstill or you're scrolling on your phone or you're waiting in line or you're at a red light,
Promise to take these five healing breaths.
Imagine bringing down healing energy from spirit and ask that it fill you up and heal you up from the inside.
Breathing is easy once you know the recipe.
All you need is three things,
Desire,
Dedication and trust.
Want you to inhale in for desire.
This is the first ingredient manifestation hold at the top.
The more details you can add to your desire,
The better.
Inhale out of the mouth.
Dedication is the second ingredient.
Inhale in for dedication.
Hold and lock at the top.
Only you can put in the effort to take the steps towards your desires,
To network with others,
To motivate yourself,
To be consistent.
No one else can be dedicated for you.
Exhale,
Release the breath.
Last ingredient for manifestation is trust.
Big inhale in,
Biggest breath yet.
Inhale fully through the nose.
This is the easiest part because you simply let go and trust.
You completely let go of thinking too hard and have confidence that everything is right on time.
Exhale the breath.
In your natural flow of breath,
I want you to say to yourself,
I know I can achieve my aspirations.
I deeply believe in myself.
I see clearly how my goals and aspirations are attained.
I am always in the right place at the right time.
I put in daily dedication that is required of me.
I always believe in myself and I trust the loving energy of the universe.
This is changing your life for the better.
So remember,
Honor your breath every single day by just taking a moment to fully breathe in and out several times.
When you breathe deeply,
You automatically relax and being relaxed is the first step in being in control of your life and emotions.
