Welcome to your calm state meditation.

Finding a comfortable space to either sit or lay down for the next little while as we journey through the energy of your nourishment.

Beginning by taking some nice deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

One final deep intentional breath in through the nose and as you exhale out the mouth feel yourself melt and settle into your space to receive this meditation.

In this period of your life your personal development is pretty key for you but it is essential to nourish,

To integrate and assimilate what we move through,

What we learn and what we grow through.

We do this through food that promotes health,

Listening to wisdom,

Paying attention to things that support us,

Finding joy,

Moving our body and resting.

Sometimes we can perceive these acts as overindulgent or even lazy.

This meditation is to shift your frequency into the intention of nourishment,

Finding nourishment through each moment of your day,

Not only through the dedicated spaces.

Think of what you consume through social media.

Is it supportive?

Is it feeding fear?

Think about who you spend your time with.

Are they high vibrational energies or are they draining your energy?

How do you feel when you walk away?

Taking the time to understand what feeds your energy and what depletes it.

Observing your choices without judgment.

I invite you now to allow your consciousness to show you in feelings,

Thoughts or visuals of the things that positively influence you.

Show me the things that bring me joy.

Show me what gives me energy and satisfaction.

Remind me of the books and the people that inspire me.

Right now you're receptive and this is a beautiful space to be in.

So let's implant an affirmation to support a frequency shift.

I love myself for who I am in this moment.

I love myself for who I am in this moment.

I love myself for who I am in this moment.

Feel your energy shift.

Words hold power.

Breathe in the energy of these words of loving and nourishing yourself.

Not for where you want to be and not for your achievements but for who you are in this very moment.

And in this energy we are powerfully receptive and aware of what we need and how to receive this.

I invite you to put a beautiful energetic bubble around your physical body and your auric energetic field to move through and embody this frequency shift of intentional nourishment in each moment because you love yourself.
