Welcome to your calm state meditation,
Where our intention is to slow the mind and tune in to our body,
Gently coming home to ourselves,
Finding comfortable space to either sit or lay down for the next little while together.
And once you have found comfort,
Bringing your eyes to a close and settling into your space.
With each breath that you take,
Allowing there to be a little distance between you and the external world.
Leaving anything that is on a to do list or a next thing to do on the other side of your eyes.
Allowing with this closed eye state to begin to journey into your body and begin to tune into the subtler sensations.
Noticing your breath,
How is it today?
Is it shallow and short?
Is it long and labored?
Without judgment,
Without change,
Just being present with however your breath presents.
Bringing to mind yourself.
See yourself laying or sitting in your space.
As you see this visual of yourself look above and imagining that you can see this cord coming down from above,
Silver in color,
Bright,
Connecting down with a light into the crown of your head.
Feeling the sensation of plugging back into your higher self energy.
The part of you that is the essence of you,
The soul self.
The self that once tuned into always knows the next right move.
The more and more that we come home to this version of ourselves,
The more connected and aligned we feel.
Breathing into the sensation with the visual of seeing this cord connecting into the crown of your head and one by one lighting up each of your energetic centers like a descending elevator into your root.
Moving through your crown,
Through the center of your head to the center of your throat,
The center of your heart energetic space.
Moving through your solar plexus,
Your sacral space and anchoring down through the root and down into the earth beneath you.
Connected above and below,
Fully home in yourself.
Letting go of any visual and sensing now into your heart space.
Does it feel settled?
Does it feel connected?
Does it feel sad?
Does it feel numb?
There is no right answer.
Being curious with your heart space.
Oftentimes change comes along even when we have been consciously calling it into our lives in ways that we don't always expect.
And this is the divine plan of the universe.
It can be hard to accept these changes or these perceived deviations of the plan.
But when you are tuned into your higher self,
You trust the universe's plan for you.
You set your intentions.
You let go of the time frames.
You soften the expectations and you continue to come home to yourself.
Reciting this mantra in your mind as you breathe as though you're breathing in and out of your energetic heart space in the middle of your chest.
I am in my body.
I am home.
I am in my body.

I am home.
Continue reciting this mantra internally and feel your energy shift.
In this moment,
There is nowhere to be except right here,
Intimately reconnecting with self in amongst whatever circles around you.
Feel the warmth of coming home to yourself.
Allow your shoulders to soften,
To be held by whatever holds you,
Your chair,
Your bed.
Allow yourself to melt with this notion that you have arrived.

Bringing both palms to the center of your chest,
Placing them left on the skin or the jumper that you hold on your body and right on top of the left.
And massaging gently,
Seeding this affirmation into your energetic heart space for you to embody this reality and embody this presence in your physical space as you go about your day,
Your evening.
And to further anchor this in without opening your eyes,
I want you to bring your left hand down,
Allowing your pinky finger to fold.
Wherever that pinky finger lands,
That is your heart eight meridian point.
With your eyes still closed,
Bringing the thumb of your right hand and massaging that space,
Pulsing gently,
Activating heart eight and taking three deep breaths.
Doing the same on your right side with your left thumb,
Pulsing and activating heart eight on the right side,
And taking three deep breaths to seal in this meditation and this energetic shift that you have gifted your energetic body today.
Relaxing the hands down and just placing a beautiful energetic bubble with a light shell around your physical and energetic body.
Now the process is complete.
You can come back this meditation as many times as you like,
Each time strengthening this return to home and heart-centered living.
