Welcome to your ritual meditation where we release the weight of unspoken thoughts that sit causing stress in our psyche,
In our bodies and in our energetic fields.
When missed they can create more of the same themes and the same vibrations in our lives.
This is why this practice is vital to the quality of our lives.
To set up for this practice I invite you to get a blank piece of paper,
A pencil and a pen,
A metal dish and a lighter.
If you need to pause this meditation to prepare your space.
Grabbing any crystals,
Potentially a selenite for cleansing or some Palo Santo wood to burn.
Anything to ritualise this experience and to heighten its effectuality.
Finding a space where you can safely close down your eyes and starting by taking some deep intentional breaths.
Firstly to wake up the body and to sense into the quality of the energy in and around our bodies.
As we breathe setting the intention to bring up anything that is ready to be spoken either out loud to ourselves and to the room or to be released through our arms,
Our pen or pencil and onto the paper.
So often we fear that if we give some tangibility or life or attention to these thoughts or these fears that they may become true.
But the opposite happens when we ignore or suppress.
They sit in our systems and our world around us is affected by these thoughts or these fears.
I invite you into your energetic body now down at the base chakra,
The perineum we begin.
Taking four deep intentional breaths into this space.
Noticing anything that comes up around your safety,
Your security,
Your finances or your family.
Coming into your sacral space below the belly button now and taking four deep breaths and sensing into anything that comes up around your creativity,
Your purpose,
Your womanhood,
Your sexuality or your cycles.
Taking four deep breaths into the solar plexus,
The base,
The sternum and as you do so bringing up any concerns or thoughts or worries around your identity,
Your place or space in this world and noticing here if you have picked up anyone else's energy or thoughts or fears.
Coming into your heart space now,
The energetic heart space in the middle of the chest.
Taking four deep breaths in this space and noticing anything that comes up around your quality of love and acceptance towards yourself,
Your worth.
Noticing any fears or worries around how you give or receive love or the quality of your relationships in your life.
Now coming into your throat chakra and breathing four deep breaths into this space.
Noticing here anything that comes up that is unspoken,
Any conversations that we have been putting off that are brooding within us.
Maybe there's something we didn't know that we needed to say.
Allow whatever to come up to rise and then beginning to take four deep breaths into our third eye space and using this space,
The unconscious,
To allow anything to rise.
Maybe it's something that's come up as a theme in a dream.
Just allow the internal gaze to land anywhere that it needs to,
To show you what you need to release.
Coming to the top of our head,
Our crown chakra,
And imagining that a space opens up on the very top of our head and our higher self energy in the form of a white light and a beautiful silvery white cord comes down and connects from our solar plexus to our solar plexus.
The beautiful self above into the crown and moves through the center of the head,
Down through the center of the neck,
Past the throat,
Through the center of the energetic heart space,
The center of our solar plexus,
Down just in front of our spine,
Past our womb space and connecting to our perineum.
And then driving through that space deep down into the core of the earth,
Collecting with it and shining light on any of these unspoken fears or thoughts or emotions that have arisen,
Trusting that they are here to release and it is safe to shine the light on them.
In a moment,
I want you to pause this meditation and pick up your piece of paper and write all the thoughts that have come through to you,
Taking as much time as you need to release them onto the paper.
Join me back here once you have completed this process.
Now that you have this piece of paper,
Lighting your palo santo,
Your incense or placing your crystal onto the piece of paper and putting your left palm on top of this piece of paper,
Connecting the palm with the energy of the paper.
And internally saying to yourself,
I call upon my guides and my higher self energy to see these fears,
These thoughts and these emotions for what they are and to release them to the universe.
To not sit in my body,
In my energetic field anymore.
I know the truth.
And I know that these fears are not my truth.
These fears are not my intuition.
These fears are low vibrational energy.
It's trying to keep me safe from the ego mind.
I thank them and release them now.
Now picking up your match or your lighter and safely burning this piece of paper,
You may like to pause the meditation to do this near a tap.
Once you have disposed of the ashes,
Join me back in this meditation.
Now we use our throat chakra to say any of these lingering fears out loud.
Maybe thinking of the ones that hold or held the most potency that felt the scariest.
And I want you to say them and then replace them with a positive affirmation.
For example,
If you have been fearing a loved one's health,
Say thank you.
I trust that my loved one is safe and healthy.
I trust that I am able to meet this energy wherever I need to.
If you are fearing your finances,
You could say I trust that I am tuned in to my abundant nature and I always have more than enough.
Saying these in the fear space and the high vibrational space.
And then coming back to silence.
And feel into the energetic shift that you have gifted yourself.
Sometimes as we release big emotions and fears,
We can feel a sense of fatigue that comes with a sense of relief.
Making sure to hydrate and nourish yourself as you need after this ritual.
And I invite you to get out a new piece of paper after this meditation and write down as many positive truths as you can.
That will support you and anchor you into this energy of the high vibrational truth whenever you do so need.
