Dear soul,

To Medicine for the Heart.

Find yourself in a comfortable seated position.

Hands rest gently on your heart.

Close your eyes if you wish.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in,

And a soft exhale out,

Letting your shoulders relax.

Feel yourself arrive here and now.

Now bring your awareness to the center of your chest.

That's right,

To your heart space.

Let's do some breathing here.

Breathe in for a gentle count of 5,

Now imagine your breath flowing in and out through your heart.

Continue with your slow,

Deep breaths,

Soft and even.

Now we'll awaken the energy path that supports your heart.

Begin tapping gently on your heart.

Affirm,

I open my heart to balance and healing.

Keep tapping.

My heart is safe.

My heart is strong.

My heart is resilient.

My heart is filled with love.

Now rest your hands back on your heart,

Feeling the subtle energy change.

Visualize a soft green light growing in your chest,

The color of renewal and life.

With every inhale,

This light grows brighter.

With every exhale,

It expands outwards,

Surrounding your whole body in a cocoon of healing energy.

See this light reaching out now into the world,

To the people you love,

To the earth itself.

Your heart is both nourished and giving.

Now bring to mind one thing,

Small or big,

That you can be grateful for today.

Now let this gratitude ripple through your body.

Notice how your heart feels when you hold thoughts of gratitude.

Now take a final,

Deep breath into your heart.

And exhale slowly,

Whispering softly inside,

Again,

My heart is open.

My energy is balanced.

I am love.

Again,

My heart is open.

I am love.

I love myself first,

So I can love others.

Now give yourself a hug.
