Today I've just created a one hour deep sleep sound shower chakra balancing,

This is a guided journey that will lead you into deep states of relaxation,

Allow the soothing vibrations of sound to harmonise your chakras and restore energetic balance,

As you surrender to the calming flow your mind and body will soften,

Inviting deep healing and restful sleep,

Let yourself get really comfortable,

Falling into the comfort of your bed and just know that if or when you fall asleep that your subconscious mind will absorb all the balancing of your energetic body,

Allow your body to sink into the surface beneath you,

If you haven't already close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath,

Inhale deeply filling your lungs and exhale slowly releasing any tension from your body,
