What thoughts.

Emotions are present?

Let them arise.

Acknowledge them without judgment.

Without trying to push away or change them.

.

Simply let them be.

Greeting them with curiosity.

And not labeling any as good or bad.

Maybe asking them what they are trying to tell you today.

And know that these emotions don't dictate the rest of your day.

You are in control.

You decide.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Filling all the way up into your throat.

And a big open mouth exhale.

Feeling a big release wash over you.

Another deep breath in through the nose.

Becoming completely full.

And on your exhale.

Feeling any stored thoughts.

Emotions.

Energy.

Leave your body now.
