Hello and welcome.

This meditation is for those who already feel relatively safe at night,

But still carry subtle tension in the body or mind that prevents truly deep sleep.

It's ideal for calm sleepers who want to sleep deeper,

Relax more fully,

And gently unwind lingering stress or energetic noise.

Let's begin.

You have made it through the day and now there is nothing to do,

Nothing to solve,

You have done enough.

This time is only for you,

A moment of deep return,

Not just to rest,

But to the quiet within.

Let your body know we are safe to sleep now,

Close your eyes,

Settle into your bed,

And let your breath begin to guide you home.

Place one hand gently over your heart and the other over your belly.

Feel the warmth of your own presence.

Allow yourself to feel energies in your body.

Your body speaks to you all the time.

Feel your heart expanding under your palm,

Pulsing with joy and light.

Feel your belly quiet and balanced,

Removing gently all unwanted energies from today or maybe last week.

Relaxed let your whole body know you are allowed to let go now now shift your awareness to the base of your spine your center of grounding safety and stillness visualize a soft red light at the back of your spine just below the spine glowing here with every exhale feel this glow deepen sending roots down into the earth long braided cords of light let them grow deeper wrapping gently around ancient stones dark rich soil and the roots of trees older than memory feel yourself held not just by the earth but by the primal comfort of mother's presence let your body sink into this support knowing that nothing is expected of you here you are safe to just be now bring awareness to the base of your spine again the seat of your root chakra the center of your safety,

Survival and stillness let this area soften let it open let it listen with attention still on your base of your spine invite us to reveal any energy collected in the last day or the last week moments that made you feel insecure conversations that left you uneasy emotions you pushed down because it wasn't safe to feel them there is no need to chase anything your body knows but it's ready to let go of let those energies rise and then fall away drawn down into the earth through your glowing root system mother earth is holding this for you now she knows how to clear it now invite your kundalini energy to awaken softly at the base of your spine not aspire but as a warm golden light let it spiral upward slowly gently rising through each vertebra and flowing back down again washing your nervous system in waves of safety and strength let this current begin to reach the places within you that feel hidden unready or afraid to surface no need to force anything the light will hold space for those parts too with your root chakra stabilizing,

Anchoring not just your body but your spirit balanced,

Aligned the earth below you the light within you the calm all around you say gently in your mind I am anchored in peace I am rooted in rest you don't need to float away to fall asleep you can descend down into your body down into your breath down into sleep if your mind is still slightly active imagine it as a small stream bubbling,

Flowing otherwise your subconscious mind will activate this image there is a lake nearby with every breath redirect your thoughts from the stream into the still lake let the ripples settle stillness spreads let silence become your companion let peace become your language let rest become your nature now feel a soft light wrapping your body it may be gold silver or soft white this light is not from outside it comes from within the part of you that knows that all is well that you are safe that sleep is a return not a departure let this light cover your face heart belly hands and feet let it whisper to every cell you are free to rest you are free to rest you are free to rest good night
