If you’re feeling unsettled, overthinking a relationship, or wishing for reassurance, this meditation offers a gentle place to pause and come back to yourself. Anxious attachment can make uncertainty feel especially intense, bringing a strong urge to seek connection, fix the situation, or figure out what someone else is thinking. In this practice, you’ll slow things down, settle your nervous system, and gently explore what may be underneath the anxiety. You’ll move through four simple questions: What actually happened? What story am I telling myself? What do I need? And what response would feel most grounded and direct? The goal is not to stop needing reassurance or connection, but to create enough space to respond with more clarity, self-trust, and intention. This practice complements the six-part course Attachment Styles: Understanding Your Relationship Patterns.
