You Are Not Behind is a gentle, ADHD-friendly morning meditation for anyone who wakes up feeling like they already have too much to do. If your mind starts making lists before your feet hit the floor, if you're carrying the pressure to catch up, or if you often feel like everyone else has life figured out except you, this practice is an invitation to begin your day differently. Together, we'll take a few quiet moments to meet the busy, planning parts of the mind with compassion instead of criticism. Rather than trying to clear your thoughts or force yourself to focus, you'll be encouraged to slow down, accept yourself exactly as you are, and remember that you don't have to carry the entire day all at once. This meditation is neurodivergent-friendly, with no expectation of a quiet mind or perfect attention. Wandering thoughts are welcome here. You only have to come back, one breath and one small step at a time.
