Welcome to Be With Melinda,
A space for sacred presence,
Healing,
And remembering your wholeness.
Beloved One,
Before we begin,
Let me offer a few words of teaching.
In Kabbalah,
Yesod means foundation.
It's the ninth sephirah on the tree of life.
The sacred channel where all the higher qualities of love,
Wisdom,
And beauty gather before flowing into the world.
Spiritually,
Yesod is the womb space,
The place of intimacy,
Sexuality,
Imagination,
And generativity.
It is the bridge between heaven and earth,
Through which God's creative energy is born into form.
Redemption is the process of release,
Of being freed from exile,
Whether that exile is spiritual,
Emotional,
Or physical.
In Yesod,
Redemption means clearing the blocks of shame,
Guilt,
Misuse,
Or distortion around sexuality so that we may stand in dignity and let divine flow move freely through us.
Whether you experience fertility challenges,
Creative blockages,
Or difficulties in intimacy,
One of the most visible expressions of Yesod in pain can be redeemed.
These issues are not only physical,
But often carry the weight of grief,
Ancestral silence,
Or inner shame.
In Qabbalah,
We understand these struggles not as failures,
But as signs of energy waiting to be healed and released.
Fertility is not only about conceiving a child,
It is about opening the channels of creativity,
Intimacy,
And holy pleasure so life can move through us.
This journey is an invitation to clear Yesod,
To release what has been carried in exile,
And to honor God's role in our lives as vessels of creation,
As bearers of sacred vitality,
As channels of holy flow beyond gender or form.
Take a deep breath.
Exhale slowly.
Bring your awareness down to the space just below your navel,
The center of Yesod,
Your foundation.
Imagine the energy of your ancestors standing behind you.
Some may carry shame,
Some may carry silence,
Some may carry grief or misuse of pleasure.
Without judgment,
Acknowledge them,
See them,
Honor them.
And then with your breath,
Begin to release what does not belong to you.
Sense any cords of energy from the past,
Old ties of shame,
Silence,
Or misuse gently loosening and dissolving,
No longer binding you.
Return to your breath.
Notice the rise and fall of your belly,
The steady rhythm anchoring you in the present.
Feel your body supported,
Safe,
Here.
Now envision a stream of divine light descending from above your head.
Let it flow through your crown,
Your heart,
And let it gather in Yesod.
This stream is clear,
Pure,
And luminous.
It washes away guilt,
It dissolves shame,
It clears the channels of creation.
Whisper softly in your heart,
I am a holy vessel.
My body is a dwelling for divine joy.
Pleasure is sacred.
In me,
Shekhinah,
The divine feminine,
Dwells.
Let the light in Yesod become a river.
Flowing downward into the earth.
Feel redemption as the release of exile.
You are no longer bound by the past.
You are free to create,
To receive,
To embody wholeness.
Rest here for a few breaths.
Notice what has softened.
Notice the dignity returning to your body,
Your womb space,
Your foundation.
When you are ready,
Place your hand gently on your lower belly.
Whisper,
I am whole,
I am free,
I am the foundation of light.
Beloved soul,
Yesod is clear,
Redemption is near.
You are renewed in the holiness of creation.
Walk now with dignity,
Knowing your foundation is pure,
Strong,
And filled with the presence of God.
May the light of Yesod flow through you in every step you take.
May you remember that you are never separate from the source,
And that your body is always a dwelling place.
For the holy.
