Welcome to Be With Melinda.

This is a psalm for right pace,

For lives that move quickly and bodies that carry a lot.

Just let presence set the rhythm for the next few moments.

Take a moment to arrive.

Let your body settle into the surface beneath you.

Relax your muscles and soften your edges.

Presence sets my rhythm.

I do not need to outrun my life.

I am guided back into pauses that return breath to the body and clarity to the mind.

Stillness is not a reward.

It's a requirement of wholeness.

My way is restored not through urgency but through coherence.

Even when my days are full I remain accompanied.

What matters most is not lost in motion.

In the midst of effort I am replenished.

My mind is softened and my nervous system remembers trust.

Vitality rises where strain once lived.

Energy returns without force.

Let my hours bear fruit not from pressure but from alignment.

I choose the pace that leads to life.

I walk in it.

And so it is.

Take one more slow complete breath and let this psalm set the right pace for you.
