So settle into your space,
Into your body,
Just finding a comfortable seat or lying down and gently closing your eyes or finding a single gaze.
Start by taking three deeper grounding breaths,
Just inhaling through the nose,
Filling the belly space,
And exhaling,
Allowing the belly to deflate,
Exhale,
Letting go.
One more deep inhale,
Exhale,
Just grounding into this space,
Beautiful.
Just allowing the breath to come back to its natural rhythm,
Allowing the body to soften.
Maybe if you notice any areas of tension,
Just gently invite them to relax.
Let your shoulders soften,
Allow your jaw to unclench,
Your belly to relax,
Allow your mind to be here.
There's nowhere to be but here.
Imagine yourself standing at the entrance of a beautiful,
Ancient,
Wise forest.
This is a sacred place.
You feel comfortable here.
This is your sanctuary of inner wisdom.
You stand here on the entrance of this forest,
And the air is fresh,
The path is soft beneath your feet,
And a gentle golden light filters through the trees.
You begin to walk slowly,
Feeling grounded with every step,
Moving deeper into this space of intuition,
Of knowing.
And as you walk,
You notice a quiet stillness within you,
The outside noise fades,
And all that remains is your breath,
Your heartbeat,
Your presence.
Just trust that in this space,
Your intuition is always speaking,
Always guiding.
Ahead,
You see a warm glowing light.
As you step closer,
You realize it is a reflection of you,
Your most intuitive,
Wise self.
This version of you holds all the answers you seek.
They know your deepest truth.
They have walked this path before.
Take a moment to observe this wise version of yourself.
What do they look like?
How do they hold themselves?
What energy do they carry?
Gently,
As you approach,
This wise version of you offers a message.
Perhaps a word,
An image,
A feeling.
Whatever comes,
Whatever arises,
Trust it.
If nothing comes,
That is okay too.
Just being here in this space is enough.
Now,
If you'd like,
You may ask them a question.
Maybe something that's been on your heart.
Simply place the question before them and remain open.
The answer might come as a whisper,
A symbol,
A deep sense of knowing.
Take time to hear them.
Trust that even if the message isn't clear in this moment,
It will reveal itself in time.
Your intuition is always with you.
You notice the yellow glowing light again through the trees.
It's time to slowly return.
Offer gratitude to your intuitive self,
Knowing you can always return to this space.
As you turn to leave,
Notice how you feel.
Perhaps lighter,
Clearer,
More connected.
Just noticing.
As you walk towards the edge of this beautiful forest that is always with you,
Always within you.
The ground beneath you.
Gently bringing yourself back to the physical space you're in.
Bringing yourself back to your body.
Noticing your breath again.
As we come back into the room,
Into our bodies,
Just remembering that your intuition,
The self,
Is always with you.
Always guiding.
As we finish this meditation,
You can bring one hand to your heart,
One hand to your belly.
Take one final deep breath,
Inhaling through the nose.
Just exhaling,
Releasing.
You can wiggle your fingers,
Your toes.
