Hello and welcome.
My name is Bailey and I am a nurse practitioner turned Reiki master teacher and sound healer and I create distance Reiki healing sessions along with my sound healing frequency music to help people who are struggling with stress,
Anxiety,
Or overwhelm or who are perhaps on a physical healing journey.
In our session this evening I'm going to be guiding you through a full body distance Reiki healing session as well as a yoga nidra practice to help release any stress that you may be carrying from your day and help you get a beautiful and relaxing night's sleep.
And you'll also be listening to my Delta wave frequency music to really help your brainwaves settle into that Delta state which is the state that our brain goes into when we are in deep sleep.
So I invite you to get your space all settled and comfortable,
Ready to receive this session and ready to fall asleep.
And once you're all settled in I invite you to begin to focus on your breath and gently close down your eyes if you haven't already done so.
And I'm going to begin sending you distance Reiki now and you can just follow along to the sound of my voice as I gently guide you through this practice.
Find your way into a position that feels truly comfortable,
Perhaps lying down on your back,
Letting the arms rest easily by your sides,
Open naturally.
And when you feel ready,
Softly closing down your eyes,
Bringing your focus and attention inward,
Preparing for rest.
Feel the sound beneath you.
Let it hold you.
Feel the back of the body begin to surrender,
To rest.
Let gravity carry the weight of the day,
Gently lifting it from you and taking it away.
There's nothing to do now,
Nothing to hold.
Take a deep breath in and a slow sigh out through the mouth and just let it go.
Again a full breath in and a gentle slow sigh out at this place of sleep.
Let your breath return to a quiet natural rhythm,
The body beginning to breathe itself,
Effortless,
Like the waves of the ocean rising.
We will begin by planting a seed,
A gentle intention,
Also known as your sankalpa,
A feeling,
Statement or intention whispered to the subconscious mind.
You can choose whatever you like,
Perhaps something soothing and peaceful and rest with ease or rest flows to me effortlessly.
Whatever you feel called is perfect for you.
Repeat your sankalpa inwardly three times.
Let it settle deep inside and your heart space,
Your attention to the space of the mind,
The inner sky of thoughts and feelings.
And when you see any thoughts arising,
Let them float past like clouds in the sky.
No need to hold them.
Just observe with every exhale.
Let the mind become calm.
The exhale carrying and blowing those thoughts away.
The thinking softens.
The noise fades.
Like clouds drifting across a blue sky.
You are not your thoughts.
They are the space they move through.
Floating by.
Rest in that vastness now.
Rest in the openness.
The spacious space.
Move through the body with gentle awareness.
Noticing each point with presence.
Just bring your gentle attention.

Right wrist.
Forearm.
Shoulder.
Right side body.
Right waist.
Hip.
Soul of the right foot.
Left little finger.

Space between the eyebrows.

Tops of the feet.
Bring your attention to the entire body.
Resting.
Feel yourself as one whole field of energy.
Feel the nervous system settling.
The heart softening.
The muscles releasing.
Dissolving into peaceful presence.
Letting everything be just as it is.
There's nothing to fix.
Just rest.
Rising like the gentle rocking into stillness.
Letting the breath effortlessly.
The body is still.
The mind is quiet.
The breath is soft.
You are simply being let peace.
You are supported.
