It's time to take a journey to connect with your divine Soul Essence. I'll guide you through the first stage of connecting with your breath and then move on to a piece of music to awaken your heart and soul. Then finish with 3 offerings for contemplation. All the while staying connected to the breath and deepening and feeling into what is alive for you right at this moment in your life. You can revisit these meditations any time you choose.

Hello dear ones,

Thank you for joining me again.

Today I have a really special gift for you.

I'm going to guide you on a journey to your essential true nature.

To the truth of who you are.

Where what we'll do is uncover some sacred insights and special messages just for you.

So that you can connect with the truth of who you are and that you are able to expand into those divine messages.

Expand into that truth and that knowing.

So that you're able to align even deeper and deeper with your purpose and what you're here to to do whilst here on earth.

So I invite you now just to close your eyes and if you can just begin to start following your natural breathing and just noticing where your breath is at.

And if you can just start to deepen your breath and begin to connect in with your soul's essence and true nature today.

You are going to deeply connect with the way of the heart.

The heart intelligence and that is always present and is always available to you at any time.

So as you're deepening your breath I would like you to begin to do some one to one breathing.

And by that I mean the same count on the in and the out breath.

So let's begin with three counts on the inhale and three counts on the exhale.

And see if you can get to a place of balance where you are not holding your breath at all and there is no resistance to the motion of the breath.

Just a slow and balanced in breath and a slow and balanced out breath.

Taking your time for a moment to experience any sensations and whatever is arising for you from this type of breathing.

So giving yourself time here and each time seeing if you can deepen it fully into the belly so that you can eventually reach your hips and pelvic floor or the root chakra.

I'll give you some time here to inhale for three and exhale for three counts.

And you may recognise as you start to deepen the in breath that you're just starting to slow down allowing any thoughts to just drift by like beautiful leaves travelling down a stream.

Anything that is important to you will come back when the meditation is over.

And now let's increase the breathing to the account of four and four.

So breathing in for four and breathing out for four.

And again remembering to expand the belly without resisting or holding or gripping and each time you're breathing a little deeper just noticing what's present and where you can let go a little more and a little more deeper.

Whatever arises is okay and just focusing on the breath now for a count of four and four.

I'll give you some time here.

Now let's increase to a count of five and five.

Just expanding and knowing and sensing and enjoying and just feeling that beautiful wave of calm energy just dropping over you as you melt into where you're sitting or lying down.

As you do deepen the breath for a now account of five on the inhale and five on the exhale.

Giving yourself permission to just let go and be right here right now.

I'm going to give you a moment to just focus on the five and five breath and just taking your time to just release.

Notice that noticing where you may be holding your breath.

We want to just create a beautiful loop of motion of beautiful flowing breath counts.

Beautiful flowing breath counts.

There's no holding just flowing and letting go.

As you're breathing there for the count of five and five,

Noticing the slow beautiful rhythmic feel.

It's like a gentle wave washing over your whole body.

And with each breath we're just starting to unravel and let go and expose parts of ourselves that we may not have even seen before.

So now I invite you just to release that count and just coming back to your normal breathing rhythm and just continue to follow my voice as we move through to the next stage of the meditation.

Again just noticing your breath and there's no need to count.

Just focusing on the in-breath and the out-breath and just keeping everything slow and rhythmical.

And you're nice and relaxed now.

I'm going to take you on a journey of the heart and the soul to be more connected more deeply with parts of yourself that are calling to come to life and bubble up and to make to be made aware of.

And that it's time for you to connect with these parts of yourself in this lifetime.

In a moment I'm going to play you a piece of music and it's a piece of music to help you to connect in with your emotions and enables you to align with your emotional body.

So just continuing to follow your natural breath as you go deeper into the space of the heart.

I invite you to bring your attention to the heart chakra in the center of your chest.

This beautiful space where what resides is our heart intelligence.

Starting to feel any sensations as you breathe.

Taking in the breath into the heart space and as you exhale allowing anything that no longer serves you to release and transmute from the body as you let it go and continue this cycle.

Each time you breathe continue breathing into the heart space and expanding your beautiful heart energy out into the world.

Expanding a little more each time and carry on with that flow.

So so so so so I'm going to give you a moment to continue breathing here to align with your heart as you just open up open up and start to align with your true essence of your true nature.

So as you're continuing to breathe into your heart and reflect on that beautiful piece of music I'm going to just take you a little bit further toward your belly button and then just in behind the belly button.

I invite you now to focus on that point taking your breath all the way down to that point and back out again.

Take some time here to sense and tune into this area of your body and as you're breathing into just behind your belly button and you've experienced the beautiful piece of music to help you unlock parts of yourself that you may or may not have been aware of I'm going to offer up some some questions for consideration.

I'm just going to ask you to just listen and just see what's present there.

I'm going to give you the space in between each so that you can contemplate and allow whatever needs to arise to come to the surface as you align with the deeper truth and essential nature of who you are.

So my first offering today what is it that your soul wishes to share today about your true soul essence and your true nature?

What is it that your soul wishes to share today?

What is it that your soul wishes to share today?

My second offering is what is your soul essence is desiring to express in your life?

What is your soul essence desiring to express in your life?

And my final offering today is what are the two words that you can carry forward to describe the parts of yourself that wish to align more deeply or expand into this stage this next stage of growth?

What are the two words that you can carry forward that describe this part of yourself that wishes to align more deeply and expand into this next stage of your growth?

Giving yourself time to see what two words represent this beautiful soul essence.

So as you're taking your time to sense into all this beautiful insight that's just dropped in for you during this meditation you may want to gift yourself a little time after this session to journal with whatever came up or arose and you're welcome to visit this meditation anytime that you feel you need to align with the soul essence of who you are and the words may change and the insights may shift and that is all okay but just gifting yourself this time to drop in to be with soul to align with your heart and to allow yourself to be everything you need to be in this lifetime.
