We can often become tired and feel like our energy is zapped. Sometimes we don't even realise that we may have gaps in our auric field. We get so caught up in the busy day-to-day life that we forget about the importance of taking care of our personal energy. In this meditation, I'll take you on a journey to not only sense into your body but I'll also guide you outside the physical body to the outer rim of your field to visualise/imagine, sense, and come to know how to protect yourself and recharge.

Hello dear ones,

It's so wonderful to be with you in this space and to be connecting in this way as always.

It's always,

Always an honour.

So today I have a wonderful meditation to share with you.

It is an energy meditation that you can use at any time when you're entering in as to a situation where you may feel constricted or there may be some interference or you may feel like you're affected by another in certain circumstances.

So it's important for us to take our time to remember our energy as well as our breathing and we are all energy.

You know I'm always saying this we are all energy and we quite often take it for granted that you know our energy is just okay.

So today I invite you to get really comfortable and fluff up your nest no matter where you are whether you're sitting or lying down and start to deepen the breath.

So just taking some time to let it all go and arrive right here right now with me as you listen to my voice and we journey together to soften and unravel some more pieces of ourselves and as you're deepening the breath just noticing where your breath is at.

Are you breathing in the upper part of your chest or are you taking the time to deepen the breath where you expand the belly and drop right into the pelvic floor and as you're sitting here or lying down and you're taking some time to just soften and arrive allowing all the thoughts to just start to roll off you and pass by almost like leaves floating down a beautiful stream.

I'm taking your time to deepen your breath and if you have been breathing in the upper chest region just dropping that breath down deeper without any forcing or without any holding or without any hesitation just loosening the grip each time dropping the shoulders deeper and deeper noticing as you deepen the inhale as you drop that breath down into your pelvic floor noticing where you're sitting or lying down noticing the weight of your body as we don't go down and breathe and go down and take the focus down to the tips of our toes noticing the sensations or the energy or the images whatever it is for you noticing what's present there right at the tips of the toes and as you're becoming aware of the tips of the toes and you're carrying on breathing just slowing everything down where can you loosen the grip a little bit more where can you soften as you move your awareness up through your feet and your ankles to seeing where there might be places that are tight or where you might be holding energy and if you are noticing spaces just breathing into those spaces and offering them more love and more nurturing as they release and let go as you drop in deeper deeper and carry on breathing as we move up through the calves up through the back and the knees front of the knees up through the thighs and the hips and up through all round your buttocks and all around the hips and the stomach noticing your digestive system breathing into any spaces where you might be holding on to energy or resistance as you're moving up through your stomach and up through the solar plexus and the upper chest feeling the ribs and the back feeling into your chest and your shoulders just allowing yourself to just drop a little bit deeper is there anywhere that needs adjusting noticing any sensations that are arising for you now as you're moving up through the heart and the neck and as you're sitting there in the next space just allowing the breath to loosen any of the neck muscles that might be holding you back from communicating your truth connecting with the world in the most beautiful way connecting with yourself and just noticing that bridge or that connection of communication within yourself and as you're rising up through the jaw allowing the Georgia just drop and loosen and letting go we quite often hold a lot of tension in our jaws and in our shoulders adjusting the neck or anywhere in this region that might feel a little bit tight and constricted as you're moving up through your sinuses and your eyes and noticing your forehead just letting anything go there where it feels tight or where you might be holding back we quite often hold a lot of tension in our face and we don't even realize and it's nice to just take a moment to just feel into your face muscles you know are you holding your face muscles in a particular way can you let them go a little bit deeper allowing it to melt feeling the muscles around your face melting and with that just feeling the muscles around your skull and around your head just loosening almost giving space to our beautiful gray matter a wonderful brain and releasing here letting go and as we're sitting here relying down I invite you now to just to start sensing your skin and it may be a feeling for you it may be a knowing or it may be something visual all of them is okay so tuning into your skin where is it touching clothes where is it touching a blanket or the ground where might it be exposed feeling into the sensations of the warm and the cold and everything in between and as you're lying here feeling into this just noticing where there may be some gaps or it may seem a little faint or brighter than other places on your skin just noticing and giving yourself some time here to notice every part of your skin and while you're sensing your skin and whether there's tingles or warmth or cold you might be now to just expand that feeling or sensation or knowing just inviting you to sense that a little bit further outside of your body so we're tuning into the auric field the different energy bodies that sit just outside of our physical form and these energy bodies are very much a part of who we are and they play a big role in the functioning of our bodies and our connections with the different realms so tuning into just sensing that energy field just outside of your body taking your time to just notice again are there any gaps are there any areas that are brighter or lighter or darker and breathing into the areas that you feel need the extra support right now I'm just taking your time with that tuning in and sensing as we expand out a little further expanding it out as far as you feel you can go but no more than no more than about 60 centimeters just feeling into where that's sitting just outside of your body so we've pushed that out into the sort of the outer reaches or the outer rim of our auric field we're almost going to imagine almost like an outer rim or a cocoon like feeling or sensation that is sitting all on the outer of our body see if you can just tune into that right now and it may have a color or a sensation or annoying just taking your time noticing again are there any gaps anywhere that's darker or lighter and taking your time to give nurturing to those spaces again and whilst you're there on the outer rim of your auric field you may want to just begin to imagine or tune in to this outer rim so what we're going to do I'm going to invite you to just imagine and visualize the outer rim as it's like a boundary you can start to imagine that in a beautiful either a gold and white light beautiful vibrant bright color that resonates for you but most of all a color or a sensation or a knowing that makes you feel protected and secured where it keeps all the not so good things out and the good things can come right on through so it is a breathable boundary it's breathable you know it's not a solid boundary where we're building up a wall this is a fluid movable boundary that moves with us with our moods without with our ebbs and flows and it's all perfectly okay no matter what it is for you is perfectly fine so just carry on visualizing or imagining that boundary or that cocoon and that outer rim as you amp it up and begin to brighten it up more and more and more to see feel into that expansiveness of what you've created and this beautiful protective cocoon that is going to take care of you no matter where you are no matter what you're doing and no matter where you go so as you're tuning into that beautiful expansive energy breathing in deeper becoming aware of that expansive feel you're feeling more energized more bright more expansive in everything that you do and so before we come back into the physical body you can invite you just to acknowledge and give thanks for the amazing power that exists within all of us and especially right now within you so just giving yourself a moment to just notice this beautiful energetic expansive field and it permeates into every part of who you are and as you start to deepen your breath and we're going to come back into their physical body shortly but you're going to leave that beautiful expansive field there it's it's not open it's protected your protective auric field has got that beautiful protective barrier allowing the good things in and the not so good things just to stay outside of that and as you deepening your breath just dropping that into your pelvic floor dropping in deeper and deeper and coming back into your body noticing where your breath is I'd like you to recognize and notice where the air is coming in and out of your body in through the nostrils just feeling that cool air as it resonates feeling good and coming back into your body wiggling your toes noticing any sensations or insights that may have dropped in for you just taking your time to arrive back in the room noticing your breath and your weight of wherever you're sitting or lying down noticing where you are right here right now in the present moment invite you now to just have a nice big stretch big stretch out and blink open your beautiful eyes when you're ready and taking your time giving yourself as much time as you need putting your hands in prayer position and giving thanks that you've been able to gift this time to yourself and honor the beautiful divine parts of yourself and your beautiful divine heart I thank you for joining me today it has been an honor and it is always a privilege to connect and be with you I'm wishing you all the most
