Hello beautiful people,

What an honour it is to be with you again in this space and connecting in this way.

I've got a really special treat for you today.

So I've been gathering some beautiful nature sounds and the sounds of my chimes and I'm bringing this together today so that you can tune in to your inner peace.

So what I'm offering today is a piece of silence,

A piece of bliss,

A piece of joy and a piece of happiness.

And all you have to do is show up and just say yes and receive.

I'll be guiding you in this meditation today to stay connected to the breath and ground in,

Tune in to your own energy field.

So the intention behind this is to energise ourselves.

There's been so much happening hasn't there in the world,

So much going on.

So much so that we can feel like that we've been thrown around from pillar to post.

And then within that chaos we tend to forget about filling our cup.

We get overwhelmed,

Confused,

Exhausted and then we wonder why we're feeling this way.

So today with the blended music and sounds and my voice we're going to take some time out to just fill our cup,

Energise ourselves and remind ourselves of our happiness.

Remind ourselves of our emotions and that our emotions and feelings are a barometer of where we're at.

And that we can choose to shift that in any moment at any time.

We just have to have the awareness around knowing when this is happening to us and that all it takes is by coming back to the breath,

Sitting quietly and just taking some time out to remind ourselves of that blissful silence and that blissful calm that is always,

Always there waiting for us and is always underneath any moment.

Peaceful presence.

And so I invite you now to find your most comfortable position whether sitting or lying down.

And if you haven't already we're going to just start to tune into the breath.

The most simplest thing that sits before us,

Something that we can sometimes take for granted.

Our breath.

And it's a wonderful,

Wonderful gauge of you know are we holding our breath,

Are we,

Where are we at with that?

So all I need you to do right now is just get comfortable and start to recognise where your breathing is at.

There is no force required here.

There is no effort needed.

We're just recognising where our breathing is within our body.

So let's just take a few minutes to do that together.

Recognising how deep it's falling within our body.

Feeling the sensation of it entering our body and leaving our body.

Are you breathing in and out of the nose?

Or are you breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth or vice versa?

And as that breath is entering your body,

Noticing are there any tight spots that need to relax?

Can you loosen the grip?

Any places within the body that need adjusting?

And as you're following your breath,

Just deepening it a little bit more.

Becoming more and more aware of this beautiful divine given flow of energy that operates on autopilot every day.

And now as you're dropping in deeper,

Tuning into your breath,

Noticing the sounds coming into your field.

As I've overlapped the music with nature to fill you up and remind you of your aliveness.

How alive are you today?

It's a big question.

And so while we're sitting here taking all this beauty in that surrounds us.

The simplicity of sitting with the breath in this moment.

I invite you now to start to sense,

Feel,

Imagine your own energy field around your entire body.

And what you might find that starts to happen is this heightened awareness.

Places where it felt kind of numb before when I asked the question of how alive are you today?

Did you recognize there might have been some areas that need some more life?

And so as you're tuning into your own energy field,

I invite you to send or tune into those areas that are needing more energy or calling for more energy.

I know for me sometimes it's my feet where I might not be feeling grounded,

Centered,

Connected.

And so I start to tune into the energy at the base of my feet.

Or for you it might be your head or your arms or your back or your tummy.

So just taking the time now to tune in to those areas that need love the most.

And you can do this by using your breath.

By using your breath you can breathe into those spaces that might be feeling a little unclear.

And quite often what we can find is there is an emotion or a feeling that's sitting underneath that lack of clarity or numbness.

Is there a message there for you today that needs to be heard?

It needs to come up to the surface to talk to you today.

And whilst doing this just remaining aware of your own energy field.

And if your mind is wandering off just bringing it back to the breath and that's all okay.

It's perfectly imperfect.

There's no expectation.

There's no right or wrong.

There just is.

And as we deepen this practice it's exactly what it is.

It's just a practice.

We get better.

We improve.

We drop deeper.

And there's some days where we'll just sit on the surface.

But all we need to do is just come back to the breath and know that we've got this.

The mind can sometimes come in with all its cheddar chatter.

But the soul and the heart knows that by bringing it back to the breath each time we calm the monkey mind and we ground into our deepest knowing.

So taking a few moments here to gather up any signs,

Symbols,

Feelings or messages that you need to know today.

As you continue to just breathe.

Just bringing it back to the energy field around you.

Any of those messages,

Thoughts,

Feelings,

Sensations,

Symbols.

Holding on to those in your heart.

And maybe,

Maybe you can take some time to just journal on those after you finish.

Taking some time to sit with those feelings further.

Those emotions.

Knowing that you don't actually really need to know.

Just have the awareness that those things are going on underneath all the time.

And they do our emotions and our feelings help us to tune in a little bit deeper.

So just becoming aware of the energy field around your body.

Noticing if it's changed or shifted.

Whether it's expanded out more,

Changed colour.

Does it have a different vibe,

Noticing the sensations that are arising in you now.

And as we just start to intentionally deepen the breath.

And start to drop that down into our pelvic floor.

And on the exhale really intentionally noticing the breath and pushing that out.

And offering up that to your body a couple more times.

Really deepening the breath,

Livening the body.

Perhaps on the last few,

Just really expanding it out and letting out an audible sigh.

Releasing any energy that's built up in the body that needs releasing and letting go.

Releasing and letting go.

Again noticing how you're feeling.

Remembering that you can do this meditation at any time,

At any point of the day where you feel like you need to just ground in,

Reenergise and notice where you're at because you are so worthy of filling your cup.

Coming back to your heart and being the best version of you in every single moment.
