Welcome to this guide meditation.

Take a comfortable position either sitting or lying down.

Feel the weight of your body against the surface where you are sitting or lying.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale slowly and gently feeling your presence inside your body right here and now.

Notice the sensations in your body.

Allow your body to relax and your mind to settle.

With each breath allow yourself to become more present and aware.

Keep mindfully watching your breath as it enters and leaves your body,

Noticing where you feel it more strongly.

In the belly,

In the nostrils,

In the chest.

Keep your attention in the movement of your body for a few moments while the bell rings.

Imagine your heart as a beautiful flower,

Gently closed.

With each breath visualize the petals slowly opening,

Allowing light and warmth to enter.

Feel the openness and the vulnerability as your heart blossoms.

Acknowledge any reasons you may have for closing your heart in the past and gently let them go.

Let's embrace the light and love that flow into our hearts and allow it to gently open.

Reflect on the importance of trust in building connections.

Trust is the foundation of meaningful relationships.

Think of a time when you trusted someone and it led to a positive experience.

Feel the warmth and the connection that trusts bring.

Say to yourself I trust in the goodness of others and in the strength of my own heart.

Visualize a beam of healing light within you,

Representing your awareness.

This light has the power to heal any wounds and bring clarity.

As you breathe in,

Imagine this light growing stronger,

Illuminating your heart and mind.

Allow this light to reveal any areas where trust has been broken or where fear resides.

Breathe out,

Releasing any pain or fear and let the healing light fill those spaces.

Now imagine yourself in a beautiful garden surrounded by people who care about you.

Feel the warmth of their presence under the strength of your connections.

Visualize yourself opening up to these people,

Sharing your thoughts and feelings with trust and openness.

Notice how your relationships flourish when you allow yourself to be vulnerable and authentic with an open,

Warm heart.

Take a moment to express gratitude for the relationships in your life.

Think of friends,

Family and loved ones who have supported you.

Feel the love and appreciation for these connections and say to yourself I am grateful for the people in my life who bring joy and support.

I trust the power of these relationships.

I am grateful for the people in my life who bring joy and support.

I trust in the power of these relationships.

I open my heart.

Life is a continuous flow of experiences.

Let's embrace each moment with an open heart and trust in the journey.

Let's visualize ourselves navigating through life's ups and downs with grace and resilience.

Trust that each experience will add a pleasant challenge and is an opportunity for growth and learning.
