I invite you to settle as you are.

Listen to your body,

Whether you choose to lay down in corpse pose,

Even weight distribution,

The toes that fall apart,

Palms up.

Maybe you choose to sit.

You can also sit beside a wall.

Have some intuitive movement.

Maybe there's a rock,

Right to left.

Big inhale through your nose.

Smooth,

Release through your mouth.

If the gentle movement feels supportive,

By all means,

Continue an ever so slight rock.

If the body is cool,

Just settle into stillness and let the rhythm of your breath and heart to find their own equilibrium.

Allow that to be integrated.

Feel the brow point open.

Feel a light between the eyebrows.

It's a funnel of light through the crown of your head.

It's down through the whole Shashuna,

Central current meridian.

We cultivate the light within.

There's many ways to keep that flame alive.

It's a combination of nothingness and aligned action.

Feel the flesh of your face soft.

The tongue floats and is wide.

Notice all the cavities of connection in the ear canal,

Sinus,

And throat.

Light flows through and magnifies your health.

Slowly in,

Smoothly out.

Allow fingers to curl and all of your bones to receive the loving embrace and welcome with one of our mothers,

Mother Gaia.

You are embraced and supported.

It doesn't mean you're lazy.

It's the law of the universe.

Expression,

Action,

Rest,

Restore.

These are the laws.

Regenerate,

Activate,

Deliver,

Return.

I will allow some silence for you to make bridges from head to heart,

Heart to gut,

Nerves to arteries,

And so on and so forth.

Watch the mind,

Follow the breath,

Integrate,

Allow,

And be.

Ever so gently,

Begin to get used to my voice.

Ever so gently,

Awareness to the breath.

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

Bottom of lungs,

Abdomen,

Ribs,

And chest expand.

Exhale through your mouth.

Stay with your breath.

And it's ebb and flow.

If you were in a reclined position on your back,

Gently wiggle fingers and toes,

Rock the head right to left.

This can also be done if you are seated to bring some presence.

Breathe in,

Float the arms overhead,

Breathe out,

Lower them down.

If you are on your back,

Walk the feet up,

Lay on your side body and fetus.

Use your hands to push,

Find a comfortable seat in a chair with a blanket or bolster under you.

I invite you to sit cross-legged,

The eyes can be closed or half open.

Trust my voice.

We continue our meditation in the water element with Kilaaka Mudra.

I will describe how to get into this mudra and then guide and share its symbolism.

Breathe in,

Lengthen your spine,

Breathe out,

Soften your face.

Exhale shoulders to ears,

Exhale squeeze them together,

Drop them down your back,

Your heart feels open.

Inhale bend at the elbows,

Lift your palms,

Exhale keep them together,

They're just in front of your heart.

With your left hand,

Cross it behind,

Behind the right.

Both hands are just in front of your heart.

Take your left baby finger and interlace it behind the right.

So the left and right baby finger,

They are in a bind like a chain.

Take your thumbs and touch the pads of your thumbs with the index finger,

Your first finger and the middle finger.

So there's space between the backs of the hands,

Shoulders are down,

Elbows are out.

Right and left hand is connected with the baby finger.

Extend your ring finger to float.

The pads of the thumbs kiss and touch the index and the middle finger.

Draw the hands close to your heart or they can hover away.

Close your eyes.

Journey with yin.

Follow the breath.

Soften the jaw.

Bridge connection.

Kīlaka Mudra is related to water.

This mudra will assist reflections and realities around intimacy.

This mudra assists and supports any and all connection.

This mudra evokes balance.

Kīlaka Mudra enhances the function of your kidneys,

Bladder and reproductive systems.

Hence its relation to water.

This mudra balances the masculine and the feminine energies.

They are interlaced.

Right and left sides.

This mudra cultivates a sense of safety and intimacy.

Hear these words.

May they wash through you in the experience that you are having.

I will allow some space for you.

Water.

The water element is connected to the sense of taste.

Connected to your sacral chakra energy center.

Symbols of the ocean.

Waterfalls.

Half moon.

Swans.

Crocodiles.

Dolphins.

The water element rules your hips.

Sacrum.

Reproductive urinary and lymphatic system.

And your breath,

Light and the oceans within you to these areas.

More and more,

My dear ones,

You are flowing.

Every day in every way,

You are adaptable.

More and more,

You are fluid.

Every day in every way,

You are receptive and able to cool down.

Repeat after me.

I allow a greater bond and connection with all to emerge.

I allow a greater bond and connection with all to emerge.

I allow a greater bond and connection with all to emerge.

Allow these words and the ones evoked within you to blend and dance with emotion,

Sensation,

And signs with yin and around you.

Please know that there is great love here for you.

It is a light that cannot be diminished within and the light of source.

You are always connected.

See it,

Feel it,

Embody it.

And for now,

We are complete.
