The Good Now Pause is a series of short, practical practices designed to help you interrupt autopilot and return to presence. Each video offers a simple tool you can use in real time—whether you’re dealing with habits, emotions, or thoughts. These moments build awareness, reduce reactivity, and create space for choice. You don’t need extra time or a perfect setting to use them. Just pause, and begin again. This practice helps you build awareness of your emotions without trying to control or suppress them. You’ll be guided to notice what you’re feeling both during a short check-in and throughout your day. Using the “Good… Now” pause, you’ll create space to observe emotions as they arise. Over time, you may notice they shift more quickly when they are seen clearly. This is a simple way to deepen emotional awareness and presence.
