The same sacred space you began the day in,
Let it hold you now with calm,
Quiet and grace once again.
Invite the feeling of being guided into delight as you reflect on how you honored your wisdom's insight.
Showing up for yourself with clarity,
Courage or care.
Not looking for perfection,
Simply being aware.
Just allow yourself to notice and celebrate every moment of alignment,
However small.
Take a soft loving breath,
Breathing it in,
Breathing in it all.
As you move into stillness with a gentle smile on purpose,
Let the highlights of your day rise gently to the surface.
Moments of presence,
Kindness,
Wisdom and love,
Let them shine in your heart knowing you're always enough.
Have a good sit.

Slowly return to the breath in this moment now,
Soaking in the energy of all that went well.
Let it surround you like a warm blanket of light,
Visualizing them settling in your body and carrying you through the night.

Thank your inner guide,
