Sound has a profound ability to heal our body and minds on a cellular level. In this sound meditation, you will not hear any words, simply the sounds of three alchemy quartz crystal bowls. These bowls are tuned to the notes of the Crown (Sahasrar) Chakra, Throat (Visshudha) Chakra, and the Solar Plexus (Manipura) Chakra.
