Hello,
Welcome to day three of our three days spring series.
Please allow yourself to come to center.
Settling in as you feel the roots from day one,
Where you became the seed and reminding yourself of the light from day two.
You carry complete spring within you now.
Settle deeply,
Allowing yourself to be open.
And then invite breath in as your full self.
Expansive,
Alive,
Complete.
Inhaling sweetness and exhaling gratitude for you have arrived.
Spring is here.
I invite you to breathe it in.
We're going to breathe it in for the count of six,
Hold for the count of three,
And then breathe it out for the count of six.
Let us begin.
Breathing in two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Hold two,
Three,
Breathe it out two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
And again,
Breathing in two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Hold two,
Three,
Breathe it out two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
And one more time at your own natural pace.
And you can play with the counts,
Just having your exhale be longer than your inhale.
And when ready,
Returning to your own natural rhythm of breathing.
And I'm going to invite you to do a full body scan.
Let us begin from the crown to the roots,
Scanning your aliveness,
Noticing your head,
Inviting clearness,
Clearness as the morning sky.
And then your heart,
Widening,
Wide like a meadow.
And your belly,
Belly soft with possibility.
And then your limbs,
Arms,
And legs,
Extended like petals.
And your feet,
Planted,
Reaching still.
All of you working as one,
Inviting the spring,
Growth,
And awareness.
Remembering that every winter served you,
Every darkness prepared you,
Every moment of waiting was soil becoming flower.
You were never broken,
Only becoming.
Allowing yourself to feel the sunlight kissing every part of you.
No part held back,
No part too much.
You are spring itself,
Generous,
Alive,
Enough.
This is not destination,
It is nature.
Blooming is what you do when conditions align.
Carrying this into conversation,
Work,
Every breath.
Allowing yourself to stay in fullness.
Feel your wholeness.
You are here.
You are spring.
Remember you are enough.
And I invite you to do a celebration breath,
Where we'll breathe in for the count of six,
Hold for the count of two,
And then exhale for the count of seven.
Let us begin.
Breathing in,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Hold,
Two,
And then exhale,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven.
And returning back to natural breath.
Moving gently through your whole body,
Eyes to this new world,
Stepping into your spring.
Allow yourself to be here,
Observing,
Noticing how you feel.
The darkness of the seed,
The warmth of the sun,
Allowing the sprout to rise.
Observing.
Spring and possibility,
Growth and awareness.
You are full bloom.
Live your spring lavishly.
May every petal remind you,
You were always enough.
