Welcome to this guided meditation for the sacral chakra,
Located in your lower abdominal and is associated with creativity,
Passion and emotional well-being.
By focusing on this chakra,
You can enhance your ability to express yourself,
Connect with your emotions and experience pleasure.
During this meditation,
We will be going through visualization techniques,
Breathing techniques and affirmations.
With time to pause in between,
Try to make sure that you're in a comfortable seated position.
Preparing yourself whether it's on the floor or in a comfortable chair,
Use as many props as you need so you can maintain an upright position.
When you are ready,
You can close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth,
Doing your best to allow your body to relax and release any tension you may be holding onto.
Imagining a golden wire grounding your spine toward the center of the earth,
This wire moves up through your spinal cord,
Coming out through the top of the head to the sky,
Lengthening on either end to find length,
Deepening your breath to find fullness on the inhale and exhalation.
Now,
Begin to visualize a bright glowing ball of orange light in your lower abdominum,
The location of your sacral chakra.
Imagine this light growing brighter and more vibrant with each inhale and expanding to fill your entire pelvic area.
As you focus on this light,
Repeat the following affirmations within your mind's eye.
We will go through them together,
Repeating them three times.
I honor my feelings and allow myself to express them freely.

Taking a minute to repeat this affirmation,
Feeling it in the very core of your being.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Exhaling out of the mouth.
I am connected to my creativity and use it to bring joy and beauty into my life.

Taking this minute to allow this statement to settle in your being.

Taking a deep breath in,
Exhaling out of the mouth,
Re-lengthen your spine,
Heart up.
I am comfortable with my sensuality and enjoy pleasure in all of its forms.

Taking this minute,
Notice where you feel this in your body and breathe there.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Exhaling out of the mouth.
Sitting with these affirmations,
Really allowing them to sink in.
Visualize yourself embodying these qualities as you bask in the warm orange glow of the sacral chakra.
Imagining any blockages or negative energy in this area being dissolved and released with each exhale.
Visualizing this energy leaving your body as a dark cloud and watch as it dissipates into the air.
This bright glowing ball of orange light holds your creativity,
Passion,
And emotional well-being.
As you continue to breathe deeply and focus on the sacral chakra,
You may notice any physical sensations or emotions arising.
Giving yourself permission to experience these sensations,
These emotions,
Without judgment.
Simply observe them as they pass through you.
If you are being called to do so,
You may also visualize yourself engaging in creative activities that bring you joy and fulfillment,
Such as painting,
Dancing,
Singing.
Imagining yourself fully immersed in these passionate activities,
Feeling the flow of creativity and pleasure that comes with them.
Maintaining that connection with your breath,
In through the nose and out of the nose.
Practicing on lengthening both inhale and exhalation.
If one of the three affirmations stood out to you in today's practice,
Hold onto it for the remainder of the day,
Maybe even the remainder of the week.

Doing your best to soften any areas of the body that feels tense.
Using your breathing technique,
Inhale for five.
Hold for five.
Exhale for five.
And hold for five.
Taking a few more deep,
Controlled breaths.
And allow the orange light of the sacral chakra to fade away now,
Leaving you feeling renewed and balanced.
Remembering that you can return to this meditation at any time you need to reconnect with your creativity and emotional well-being.
You can stay here with eyes closed as long as you may need.
Or,
When you are ready,
Slowly begin to open your eyes,
Allowing the light to come back.
Bowing your head down to the chest to re-lengthen your spine.
Breathe slow and deep from the pit of the stomach up toward the heart,
Lengthening the cord.
With just a few more breaths,
Show yourself a sense of gratitude and appreciation.
Toward putting yourself first,
Your mind and body's well-being.
Shoulders up to the earlobes,
Breathe in,
Breathe in,
Breathe in,
Breathe in,
Lift.
Exhale out of the mouth.
