Healing Light Meditation,
A guided journey to inner peace with Angelica Janic.
Welcome to this healing meditation.
This is a time for you to focus on your inner healing and allow your body,
Mind,
And spirit to relax and find peace.
Begin by finding a space where you will be undisturbed,
Switching your phone to silence,
Getting as many props as you may need.
When you're ready,
Find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down,
Closing your eyes and start to bring your attention toward the quality of your breath,
Allowing yourself to take the time to tune in with your body,
Noticing any specific physical sensations,
Discomfort,
Or uneasiness,
Without judgment or labeling,
Just become aware of it,
Bringing your focus and attention to the tip of the nose,
Just under the nostrils,
Feeling the coolness of the inhale,
The exchange in the lungs,
Before warmth exhale leaves out of the nose,
Brushing along the upper lip.
As you continue to breathe deeply and slowly,
Imagine a warm healing light surrounding you,
Enveloping you in its gentle glow.
This light is full of love and positive energy,
And it is here to help you heal and restore your balance.
Allow this light to enter your body and flow through you,
Spreading warmth and comfort to every part of your being,
Imagining it reaching your toes and your feet,
Feeling become relaxed and at peace,
Visualizing the light moving up your legs,
Into your hips,
And then stomach,
As you take a deep breath in,
Feeling any tension or discomfort melting away with your exhalation.
As the light moves up into your chest,
Feel it opening up your heart,
Filling you with unconditional love and compassion.
Allow yourself to feel the warmth of these emotions and know that you are worthy of them.
If your mind may wander or emotions come up,
Acknowledge it,
Allow it to pass,
And bring yourself back into the light,
Noticing the sound and beat of the heart.
The light continues to fill the body,
From the fingertips,
Arms,
And up to the shoulders,
Neck,
Right to the crown of the head,
A glow.
Scan your body from the crown of the head to the tips of the toes.
Notice anywhere that you may feel pain or discomfort,
Imagining the healing light concentrating on these areas,
Soothing and healing them with its warmth and energy.
Visualizing the pain,
Discomfort,
Any struggle or suffering melting away.
As your body becomes lighter,
As you continue to focus on your healing,
Allow yourself to release any negative emotions or thoughts that may be holding you back,
Letting go of any anger or sadness,
Replacing them with positive,
Vibrant,
And healing energy.
You may imagine yourself surrounded by a beautiful,
Peaceful landscape,
Such as a forest or a beach,
Allowing yourself to be immersed in its natural beauty,
Feeling the healing energy of the earth and its elements.
Bask in this memory or visualization.
I will bring you back in two minutes.
Bringing your attention back to your steady breath,
In and out of the nose.
Notice how grounded and centered you feel,
Allowing yourself to feel the full renewal and refreshment with a sense of inner peace and harmony.
Taking as much time as you need,
Remembering that you can come back to this healing meditation anytime to help you find balance and inner harmony.
Whether you wiggle the fingers and the toes first,
Or you begin to blink the eyes slowly open,
Returning yourself to your surroundings.
Taking a pause and feel immense gratitude for taking the time out of your day to focus on your mental and physical well-being.
