Welcome.
My name is Angela and today I'm going to be guiding you through the next 30 minutes in a beautiful movement meditation.
A journey back to you through music and movement.
Just ensuring that you have space where you will not be interrupted for the next 30 minutes and enough space that you can move and express yourself freely.
If you have a blindfold inviting you to put it on,
The invitation to move without sight is an invitation to deeply connect with self and body.
Otherwise just inviting you to close your eyes,
Lay down on the floor,
Put a cushion or pillow beneath your head and just allow yourself to get comfortable.
And as you lay here just inviting you to notice your breath.
Just noticing how your breathing is at this moment in time.
And inviting you to take three conscious deep breaths in through the nose,
Filling your lungs and then slowly releasing this air out through your nostrils.
And then just returning to your normal breath.
Just becoming aware of each inhale and each exhale.
Becoming aware of the life force all around you that you're breathing in.
The oxygen,
Air that sustains your life.
And now inviting you to bring your awareness to your body.
Just scanning your physical body,
Noticing if there are any points of tension or tightness or even discomfort.
And if there are,
Just allowing a gentle release.
Inviting you now to slowly,
Very slowly,
Stretch your arms above your head and stretch your toes and your legs in the opposite direction.
Just stretching your body out,
Stretching your spine out.
Feeling how good it is to stretch.
And allowing a stretch of your jaw now,
Just opening your mouth as wide as you can.
Stretching your jaw,
Allowing the tension to release.
Not worrying how you look at all.
This is your sacred time.
Stretching this jaw of yours.
Stretching other muscles in your face.
Muscles of your forehead.
Stretching your nose.
And I invite you now to just roll over to your right side,
To a fetal position.
And from here,
Using your arms to gently push yourself up to a seated position.
Keeping your eyes closed.
And just begin to allow your body to just sway as though you were a beautiful seagrass on the bottom of the ocean floor.
Just gently swaying with the current of the ocean.
To dance with the water around you.
Slowly flowing in circular movements.
Little fish and sea creatures coming to bask in the waters around you.
Inviting you to bring the movement in.
Larger circular motions.
If you're still in a seated position,
Inviting you to.

This is your time.
Inviting you to feel now into your emotions.
Emotions are energy in motion.
Reach deep within and allow the energy to surface.
Rising up from the depths of your body.
Comes through whatever it may be.
Joy,
Sadness.
Allow yourself to feel the broad spectrum of emotions.
Energy in motion.
Through expressive movement.
And allowing the movements to be bigger and bolder.
Noticing what these movements say about you as an individual.
Loving the perfect imperfection of each expression of your soul.
Just inviting you now to take a deep,
Deep breath.
In through the nose.
And sighing it out.
To feel the beauty that is you.
As you look into standing position.
In.
Inviting you to bring your hands to your heart space.
Placing them there.
Inviting you to take a deep breath in through the nose.
And a deep breath out.
Releasing all the air out through your nostrils.
Two more times.
Deep breath in.
One final deep breath in.
Making it count.
And a deep breath out.
Releasing all the air out of your body.
Taking a pause.
And returning to your normal breath.
Allowing a gentle sway here if you wish.
As you stand here.
Eyes closed.
Connecting with your heart space and your body.
Feeling the energy.
The blood that is pumping through your veins.
Healing into this beautiful,
Magical creature that you are.
And just allowing whatever arises.
Whatever arises here.
Extending your hands from your heart here.
To your arms.
Giving yourself a big squeeze and a hug.
And releasing.
Gently coming back down.
Into a laying down position.
Grabbing your pillow,
Your cushion to support your head.
And just closing your eyes.
Getting comfortable again.
And as you lay here.
I invite you to just melt.
Into the surface of the earth.
Beneath your body.
Just feel yourself being held by Pachamama.
By Mother Nature.
First Mother of all.
And I'm going to invite you to visualize.
A bright white light.
Hovering above your crown.
A space above the top of your head.
And just visualizing this white light.
Entering your system through your crown.
Trickling down into your system.
Into your head.
Through your third eye.
Through your eyes.
Your mouth.
Down your neck.
Down into your heart.
Your chest.
Seeing this light fill your arms.
Down into your fingertips.
Continuing down your chest.
Into your stomach.
Into your pelvic region.
Down through your thighs.
Into your knees.
Down your legs.
To your ankles.
Your feet.
And into your toes.
This white light filling you.
And you can feel that this white light is the frequency of love.
Vibrating so high.
And allowing this light to trickle now through your toes.
Into the space around your toes.
Through your fingertips.
Into the space around your fingertips.
Through your body.
Into the space around your body.
Extending this love.
To the space around you.
To your family.
Your friends.
And your community.
To the world.
And now just inviting you to come back to your body.
By wriggling your fingers.
Wriggling your toes.
And in your own time rolling to your right side.
Into fetal position.
Staying here just for a few moments.
And then pushing yourself up into a seated position.
And just taking a moment here to thank yourself.
Bring your palms together to touch.
Place them in front of your heart center.
Just thanking yourself for taking the time to celebrate you.
And deeply connect with yourself again.
To deeply allow yourself to connect with you.
To allow yourself to express.
To feel.
To become embodied.
Just bowing your head.
The highest in me honors the highest in you.
