Experience a 30-minute movement meditation back to you. Allow yourself to journey in a safe space to express yourself through movement and music without the use of your eyesight to deeply connect with your body. This practise is gently guided, and starts and ends in stillness and meditation. I gently guide you to embody the music, to deeply connect with yourself, and to allow any stagnant energy to rise to the surface and be released through self-expression and movement. The soundtrack is a 30-minute seamless track that I have curated and mixed, with music courtesy of Epidemic Sound. No previous movement/dance or meditation experience is necessary.
