Become comfortable wherever you are.
Sitting up nice and tall.
Pulling the shoulders back to open up the chest.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And then open mouth exhale.
Again,
Deep breath in.
Cleansing breath out.
Take another deep breath in,
And then this time exhaling out of the nose.
Just bringing some awareness onto your breath.
Into your body.
As you just take a moment.
To come into your body and to connect with your breath.
Letting this invite in more calming and peaceful energy.
Trusting the journey,
Trusting the path that you're on.
Trusting that everything is unfolding exactly how it's supposed to.
Breathing in love and healing into your heart space.
And then a soft and slow exhale.
Deep breath in through the nose,
Feeling the belly,
Feeling the chest.
And then this time seal the lips,
Exhale out of the nose again.
So just breathing in and out through the nostrils.
Letting that cooling sensation.
Just touch the nostrils,
The upper lip as you inhale and exhale.
Taking a scan of your physical body,
Noticing where you're clenching,
Where you're holding,
Seeing if you can soften through the neck and the shoulders.
Letting go of whatever you're carrying.
Deeply connecting to your body.
Giving it what it needs in this exact moment.
Nourishing your body and your mind with breath.
Letting go of what's outside of your control.
Not thinking about past or future,
Just being right here in this present moment.
To nourish yourself.
Take a couple more deep breaths.
Letting your body expand with every inhale.
And feeling grounded and rooted with every exhale.
Deep breath in.
This time,
Gently breathe through the lips like you're blowing out a candle,
Feeling the cooling sensation on the lips.
And letting that calming sensation just wash over your body.
Do that twice more,
Breath in.
Through the lips.
Softening the mind,
Inhale.
Through the lips,
Exhale.
And then just gently returning to your natural state of breathing.
Keeping your internal gaze soft.
Keeping the physical body relaxed.
