Hello,
Welcome to your EFT tapping video on the living belief that I don't have enough money.
So if you are joining us today,
You obviously have this belief and it's crossed your mind before.
So before we get started,
What I want you guys to do is just close your eyes,
Take a couple deep breaths to settle into your space wherever you are.
So with the eyes closed,
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
Exhale,
Side out.
Softening into your space wherever you are.
Again,
Deep breath in.
Exhale.
And then with your eyes still closed,
Just having this number,
This rating towards this limiting belief,
I don't have enough money.
Without any judgment,
Just become aware of what that number is.
Lock it in,
Maybe write it down.
And then blink your eyes open when you're ready,
Coming back to the space.
So I'm gonna go ahead and real quick and show you all the tapping points that we'll move through.
I invite you for the first couple rounds to just listen.
If there's anything you feel like repeating as we move through it,
You can repeat.
With the eyes open for the first few rounds,
You'll get familiar with the tapping point so that when you feel ready,
You can close your eyes and just listen as you continue tapping.
The first one is going to be the karate chop point.
So we're going to activate here.
And you can do these tapping points on either hands,
On both sides,
Some of them at the same time,
But using both hands.
So from the karate chop point to activate,
We'll move to crown of the head,
Where we'll tap here,
One or both hands.
We have inner eyebrow,
Right where the hair starts,
Side of the eye.
Under the eye.
Under the nose.
And then.
.
.
The chin right in between.
And then you're gonna move down to your collarbone,
Either or both sides,
And then to underneath the arm.
Okay,
So we're gonna move through those points as I talk you through this sequence,
And it should just take a couple minutes.
So we're tapping on these acupressure points,
The meridians in the body,
So that when in the future we start to have these limiting beliefs around money,
That our internal system,
Our fight or flight,
And our past thoughts around what has previously triggered us or felt like a negative emotion,
We are now choosing to send a calming signal to these places,
These nerve endings in the body.
So that next time we have this thought come through,
It's not so triggering and it's not deemed as a negative emotion.
Our body knows how to respond to it.
So let's go ahead and get started.
So go ahead and just find a comfortable spot and we'll start at the activation point.
So tapping on the side of the hand here.
Even though I have this limiting belief that I don't have enough money,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Even though I have this limiting belief.
That I don't have enough money,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Even though I have this limiting belief that I don't have enough money,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
We'll move to the eyebrow.
I have this limiting belief that is holding me back.
I believe that I don't have enough money.
And so therefore I don't feel safe.
I don't feel secure.
And I'm afraid to spend any money.
I'm afraid of what might actually happen if I do have money.
I feel like I'm living in scarcity and lack.
Top of the head.
I'm afraid to check my bank account and be sad or disappointed.
I'm afraid my bills won't get paid.
I'm afraid I won't have what I need.
I feel worried all the time.
I feel worried all the time about money.
I feel like I just don't have enough money no matter what I do.
I'm feeling this sense of lack.
And I feel this sense of insecurity.
I feel like I just don't have enough.
But how much is enough?
Is this a belief?
That I have.
That isn't even mine to carry.
How true is this belief?
If I look at this very moment where I am.
I know that all my bare necessities are met.
I have a roof over my head.
I have food on the table.
My bills are paid.
And I am actually really safe.
I am secure.
And I'm okay.
Maybe this limiting belief about money isn't even mine.
Perhaps it was passed down to me.
Maybe having money is actually scarier than not having money because it's familiar.
In this moment,
I do have enough money.
I believe it and see it.
And when I can see it,
I remove the blocks of money.
So that money can flow effortlessly to me.
I am open to receive abundance.
I choose to let go of this belief.
I realized.
That if I don't have money and unlock my potential,
I'm not actually just hurting myself.
But I don't grow.
Because I'm in my comfort zone.
Staying broke.
Is simply a justification for me to stay in my comfort zone.
And then when I stay where I am.
I'm in my comfort zone and I'm not just hurting myself.
But I'm keeping others from tapping into their true potential.
Because I teach people it's okay to play small.
And therefore perpetuate this limiting belief beyond me.
It creates a ripple effect into the universe.
It starts with me.
Having more money actually means I have more resources.
And having more resources means that I can live.
It means that I can have more freedom.
Which means I deserve to have money.
I actually have more self-worth when I trust.
And more freedom.
And more clarity.
And more abundance.
I like this new way of thinking.
It's exciting how much potential there is.
And even more energy to fulfill my life's purpose.
I like who I'm becoming.
It is safe for me to have money.
I welcome abundance into my life.
And I look forward to my unlocked potential.
The freedom is here and now.
It gets to be easy.
Money flows to me with ease and grace.

And rate again how you're feeling.
Right here in this moment.
Don't overthink it.
Just choose a number,
The first number that comes to you.

If that number is not at a 0 or 1,

As many times as you need until that number dissipates to a zero or one.
