
Effortless Awareness

This track is the 3rd step in the foundations of mindfulness (aka the trilogy nobody asked for but everyone secretly needs): 1. Body Presence 2. Mind Relaxation 3. Effortless Awareness (current track) Here, the invitation is to rest in non-doing. Sometimes it feels deeply nourishing just to let things be. And yet, the mind can be sneaky, putting effort into “effort-less” awareness (mine certainly does!). That’s alright - let there be kindness in that noticing. We are not creating awareness but remembering that awareness is already happening, always here, as a gift of aliveness itself.
